| چکیده | ||
| اکنون دوران تغییرهای پرشتاب تصمیم گیریها برای مدیران است. تغییرهایی که اگر سازمانی خود را با آنها موافق و همراه نسازد، بسا که به نابودی برسد. یکی از این تغییرهای پرشتاب استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در سازمانها و به ویژه سازمانهای صفی روستایی است. ارایهی خدمات به روستاییان با استفاده از فناوریهای اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی )فاوا( و توسعه آن در سازمانی صفی روستایی، از جمله راهبردهایی است که در کاهش و حذف شکاف دیجیتالی در دستور کار کنشگران توسعه روستایی شهرستان بویراحمد قرار گرفته است. از این رو، این پژوهش به روش کیفی-کمی و با استفاده از شیوه نامه در مرحله کیفی پروتکل و پرسشنامه در مرحله کمی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش 22 تَن مدیران سطح صف و ستاد سازمانهای روستایی شهرستان بویراحمد بودند که به شکل هدفمند در هر دو مرحله انتخاب شدند. در مرحله نخست، بررسی شدند که به SWOT نقاط قوت، ضعف، تهدیدها و فرصتهای توسعه فاوا در سازمانها به کمک الگوی کمک مدیران صفی روستایی انجام شد. در مرحله دوم، به کمک 2 نفر از مدیران ستادی همان سازمانها و با اولویت بندی راهبردهای توسعه فاوا تعیین شد. یافته ها نشان دادند که، مهمترین ANP استفاده از الگوی راهبردها به ترتیب عبارتند از: بسترسازی قوانین سخت افزاری و نرمافزاری برای استفاده راحتتر کارکنان؛ بالا پیش و ضمن خدمت؛ ایجاد ارتباط با مرکزهای ،)ICDL( بردن کیفیت دوره های آموزشی مهارتهای فناوری فناوری برای امنیت داده ها و اطلاعات سازمان و استفاده از توان فاوا برای تقویت و توسعه آن در تمام وظیفه های شغلی. داشتن برنامه راهبردی طراحی شده برای فاوا، وجود قوانین مناسب سازمانی برای کاربست فاوا در انجام امور، تعهد و پیگیری مدیریت ارشد سازمان به فاوا در برگزاری دورههای پیش از خدمت و ضمن آن درباره فناوری از مهمترین موردهایی هستند که سازمانهای صفی روستایی باید به آن توجه ویژهای به آن داشته باشند. | ||

| Previous studies showed that the learning environment has the undeniable effect on achieving educational goals. In competence-based education (CBE), one of the most important goals is making a connection between education and labor market. Therefore, to achieve this educational goal, characteristics of the learning environment should be taken into account. In this analytical- descriptive research, previous studies have been analyzed through content analysis and coding method in order to extract characteristics of a competence- based learning environment in agricultural higher education. The sample population was 12 related researches that selected purposefully. The research instrument was researcher made checklists. Based on the previous researches and regarding CBE principles, learning environment in agricultural higher education have five characteristics including: emphasis on practical activities, emphasis on communicational skills, emphasis on learners’ personal development, supporting learner’s participation in the learning process, and considering evaluation principles. Considering the results of the research and the emphasis of CBE on the close relationship between the learning environment and workplace and also the empirical nature of the agricultural education, it is suggested that special attention be paid to the learning environment characteristics in agricultural education and curriculum planning. | ||
