| ارزشگذاری کارکردها و خدمات غیر بازاری محیط زیست از جمله گردشگری به دلایل زیادی از جمله شناخت و فهم منافع زیست محیطی و اکولوژیکی توسط انسانها، ارائه مسائل محیطی کشور به تصمیم گیرندگان برنامه‌ریزان، تعدیل و اصلاح مجموعه محاسبات ملی مانند تولید ناخالص ملی و جلوگیری از تخریب و بهره‌برداری بی رویه منابع طبیعی، مهم می‌باشد. هدف این پژوهش برآورد ارزش تفریحی حوزه آبخیز ابر با استفاده از روش ارزشگذاری مشروط است. برای بررسی عوامل موثر بر میزان تمایل به پرداخت افراد، الگوی لوجیت به روش حداکثر راستنمایی برآورد شد. روش استخراج پیشنهاد روش دوگانه-دوبعدی است. داده‌های مورد نیاز از طریق تکمیل 130 پرسشنامه و مصاحبه حضوری با بازدیدکننده از منطقه مذکور جمع آوری شد. براساس نتایج مدل مورد استفاده در تعیین عوامل موثر بر میزان ارزش تفرجی منطقه، متغیرهای رضایت از خدمات رفاهی، اقامت شبانه در صورت ایجاد کمپ، هزینه خانوار و پیشنهاد در سطح احتمال 5 درصد معنی دار می‌باشند و از عوامل مؤثر در میزان WTP بازدیدکنندگان برای استفاده از حوزه آبخیز ابر می‌باشند. در این مطالعه، متوسط WTP بهعنوان قیمت ورودیه برای هر بازدیدکننده جهت استفاده از مراتع منطقه 8096 ریال بدست آمدهاست و ارزش تفرجی هر هکتار مراتع منطقه نیز 790958 ریال در سال تعیین شد. نتایج بیان می‌کند که حوزه آبخیز ابر ارزش تفرجی قابل توجهی داشته که این ارزش برای سیاستگزاران و تصمیم گیرندگان، توجیهی را فراهم می‌کند تا از کیفیت منابع طبیعی حمایت نمایند و از کم جلوه دادن منابع مرتعی جلوگیری کنند. | ||

| Valuating the non-market environmental functions and services including tourism is important for many reasons including understanding the ecological benefits, providing the country's environmental issues to the planners, modifying the national computing system such as gross national product and preventing the destruction and excessive exploitation of natural resources. The aim of this research is the estimation of the recreational value of Abar watershed using a contingent valuation method. To investigate the factors affecting willingness to pay of individuals, the logit model was estimated using maximum likelihood estimation. Required data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that overnight stay, family cost, and satisfaction of welfare services were significant (P<0.05), affecting the WTP. The mean of WTP for recreational value of this rangeland was calculated to be 8096 Rials per visitor. According to the results, the Abar Watershed has considerable recreational values. Thus, these values provide enough justification for policymakers to maintain the quality of natural resources and avoid degrading rangeland resources. | ||
