| چکیده | ||
| این تحقیق به منظور بررسی امکان پیش‌بینی ویژگیهای فیزیکی و مکانیکی تخته خرده چوب با استفاده از معادلات و مدلهای رگرسیونی انجام شده است. 108 تخته آزمایشگاهی در قالب 36 تیمار با ترکیب شرایط مختلف گرادیان رطوبت، ابعاد خرده چوب، درجه حرارت و زمان پرس ساخته شد و با استفاده از رگرسیون گام به گام، نتایج مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. مدل بدست آمده برای مقاومت خمشی نشان داد که ابعاد خرده چوب مهمترین عامل تاثیرگذار بر این ویژگی بوده است و با افزایش ضریب کشیدگی خرده چوب، مقاومت خمشی تخته ها بهبود می یابد. مدل نهایی مدول الاستیسیته نشان داد که دو عامل ابعاد خرده چوب و گرادیان رطوبت به ترتیب شدت تاثیر وارد مدل شده است و هر دو عامل دارای تاثیر مثبت بر این ویژگی بودند. مدل نهایی برای چسبندگی داخلی نشان داد که تمام عوامل متغیر مورد بررسی دارای تاثیر معنی‌داری بر این ویژگی هستند. با این حال، مدل نشان داد که تاثیرگذاری دو عامل گرادیان رطوبت و ابعاد خرده چوب که دارای رابطه معکوس با IB می‌باشد، بیشتر از تاثیر دو عامل زمان و درجه حرارت پرس که دارای رابطه مثبت با چسبندگی داخلی هستند، می‌باشد. نتایج نشان داد که دو عامل گرادیان رطوبت و زمان پرس بترتیب شدت تاثیر در مدل رگرسیون واکشیدگی ضخامت 24 ساعت قرار گرفته‌اند. | ||

| The application of regressions models for pridicting physical and mechanical properties of laboratory produced particleboard was studies. In order to study the influence of mat moisture content gradient, particle geometry, press time and temperature, 108 boards were produced. Regressions model indicated that particle geometry significantly influenced board MOR, increasing the slender ratio of particles, improved MOR. Regressions models of MOE indicated that both particle geometry and mat moisture content gradient significantly influenced board MOE, and increasing the slender ratio of particles and mat moisture content gradient, increased MOE. regression model of IB indicated that all of the variables have significantly affected IB. However, in this case, increasing mat moisture content gradient, particle geometry reduced IB and press time and temperature increased IB, moisture content gradient and particle geometry had more effective. The results indicated that moisture content gradient and press time significantly influenced the regression model of thickness swelling after 24 hours soaking in cold water. | ||
