| چکیده | ||
| در این بررسی استفاده از چوب پالونیا در ساخت تخته خرده‌چوب مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. مقدار درصد ترکیب ساخت در 4 سطح 25 ، 50 ، 75 و 100 درصد خرده‌چوب پالونیا و سه سطح زمان پرس 4، 5 و 6 دقیقه بعنوان عوامل متغیر در نظر گرفته شدند. سایر عوامل ساخت بعنوان عوامل ثابت در نظر گرفته شدند.پس از ساخت تخته خرده‌چوب خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی آنها اندازه‌گیری شده است. سپس با استفاده از طرح فاکتوریل (2 عامله) کاملا تصادفی نتایج مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. استفاده از ذرات بیشتر چوب پالونیا در ترکیب سبب افزایش ویژگیهای خمشی تخته های ساخته شده گردید. با افزایش میزان مصرف چوب پالونیا چسبندگی داخلی نیز بهبود یافته است. در زمانی که از ترکیبات با مقادیر بیشتر ذرات پالونیا استفاده می‌گردد بدلیل دانسیته حجمیبالاتر و فشردگی بیشتر کیک خرده‌چوب اتصالات مناسبتری بوجود آمده که میزان واکشیدگی ضخامت را به حداقل رسانیده است; نتایج نشان داده که شرایط مناسب جهت ساخت تخته خرده‌چوب با استفاده از ترکیب چوب پالونیا و خرده‌چوب صنعتی با ترکیب بیش از 50 درصد چوب پالونیا و زمان پرس 5 دقیقه بدست می‌آید. | ||

| In this investigation feasibility of Paulownia tomentosa wood in particleboards production were prepared at four different Combination of 100%,75%,50%,and 25%(base of paulownia) , three different press time of 4,5,and 6 minutes. Based on the EN standards physical and mechanical properties including MOR, MOE, IB, and thickness swelling (after 2 and 24 immersion in water) were tested. Based on the factorial experimental design at completely random tests were analyses. The results showed that utilization of paulownia wood in particleboard production in 5 minutes and up to 50% paulownia wood particles were optimized. | ||
