| چکیده | ||
| در این بررسی نحوه توزیع تنش، تمرکز تنش و پیش‌بینی محلهای شکست در اتصال دوبل، مقاومت‌کششی و گشتاورخمشی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. اثر قطر دوبل در سه مقدار 6 ، 8 و10 میلیمتر، نوع گونه چوبی راش، توسکا و نوئل بر مقاومت‌کششی و گشتاورخمشی بررسی شده است. برای ساخت اتصالات T شکل ابعاد عضوها در اتصال مورد بررسی 5/2×5×5 سانتی‌متر بوده است. فاصله بین دوبل‌ها 2 سانتی‌متر بوده است. نوع گونه چوبی دوبل مورد استفاده در این تحقیق از جنس ممرز بوده که دوبل متداول در بازار است. چسب مورد استفاده به‌عنوان ماده کمکی نیز در اتصال دوبل چسب پلی وینیل استات می‌باشد. از ترکیب عوامل متغیر فوق 9 ترکیب عوامل بوجود آمده که با توجه به 4 تکرار جمعاً 36 نمونه T شکل ساخته و مقاومت‌کششی و گشتاورخمشی بوسیله ماشین آزمون مکانیکی اندازه‌گیری شد. برای اعمال نیروهای مورد نظر برای بررسی مقاومت‌های مزبور از سرعت بارگذاری معادل با 25/1 میلیمتر بر دقیقه استفاده شد. برای بررسی توزیع تنش و تمرکز تنش در اتصال‌ها از روش عناصر محدود و نرم‌افزار ANSYS استفاده شده است. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از شبیه‌سازی اِلمانی از اتصال که تنش حداکثر را تحمل می‌کند با اِلمانی که در اتصال واقعی دچار شکست می‌شوند مطابق است. بنابراین توزیع تنش در قسمت میانی دوبل در اعمال گشتاورخمشی حداکثر است و تنش در اتصالات دوبل در نقاطی که شکست ایجاد شده متمرکز است. توزیع تنش در اتصالات دوبل در زمان اعمال بار کششی در قسمت‌های فوقانی دوبل حداکثر بوده و میزان تنش در حوالی حفره دوبل حداکثر است؛ به طور کلی شکست در حالت تجربی در اتصال دوبل بیشتر در عضوهای اتصال رخ می‌دهد تا دوبل | ||

| In this study, distribution pattern and tension concentration as well as failure prediction in dowel joint were analyzed. The effect of dowel diameter (6, 8, 10 mm) and wood type (Beech, Alder and white spruce) on tension resistance and bending moment were examined. The dimensions for making T-form joints were 5×5×2/5 cm. Wooden dowel used in this research was carpinus betulus which accounts as the common dowel in market. Also, PVA was used in Joints. A total of 36Tshape samples comprising 9 combinations of the above factors in 4 replications were made. Tension resistance and bending moment were measured by mechanical test machine. For exertion strength due to analyzing the resistance loading speed equal to 1.25 mm/min were applied. Also, to analyze distribution pattern and tension concentration in affected joints, finite element method and ANSYS Software were used. According to the results of the simulation modeling, joint which endured the maximum tension complied with the real joints. Distribution of tension in the middle of the bending moment depth was greatest and tension in dowel joints was concentrated in impaired points. | ||
