| یکی از زیان‌‌های عمدة سن معمولی گندم Eurygaster integriceps، اثرات مخرب آن بر کیفیت دانة گندم است که به صورت درصد سنزدگی دانهها بیان می‌‌شود. پوره‌‌ها و حشرة کامل سن با فرو بردن قطعات دهانی خود در دانه و انتقال آنزیم‌‌های بزاقی به درون آن سبب می‌‌شوند که گلوتن دانة گندم تجزیه شود. بدنبال آن کیفیت خمیر و خواص نانوایی آن کاهش می‌یابد. درصد سنزدگی دانهها به دو روش عددی و وزنی محاسبه می‌‌شود. در این بررسی، آزمایشی برای مقایسه و رابطة میان این دو روش انجام شد. تعداد 225 نمونة ده‌گرمی از نمونه‌های گندم سنزده متعلق به سه مرکز خرید واقع در استان‌های اراک (3 × 30)، قزوین (3 × 20) و لرستان (3 × 25) آزمایش شد. در توزین دانهها از ترازوی با دقت 1/0 میلی گرم استفاده و به تفکیک تعداد و وزن دانههای سنزده و سالم یادداشت شد. به‌‌طورکلی دانههای سالم با میانگین وزن 34 میلی‌‌گرم از دانههای سنزده با میانگین وزن 30 میلی‌‌گرم سنگین‌‌تر بودند. با وجود تفاوت معنی‌‌دار درصد سنزدگی دانهها بین روش عددی و وزنی، همبستگی مثبت معنی‌‌داری میان این دو روش وجود داشت (r = 0.98, p < 0.0001). با استفاده از معادلة y = 0.8374x + 0.02، که در آن x درصد عددی و y درصد وزنی سنزدگی است، امکان تبدیل هریک از روش‌‌های تعداد و وزن دانههای سنزده به روش دیگر وجود دارد. بهرحال در مقایسة دو روش یادشده، شیوة وزنی به لحاظ سادگی و سرعت برتری دارد. | ||

| One of the major damage of sunn pest, Eurygaster integriceps, is its destructive effects on the quality of wheat grains, which is known as sunn pest kernel damaged. Nymphs and adult of the bugs inject salivary glands enzymes by piercing-sucking mouthparts into the grains, which degrade glutens, reduce dough and bread wheat quality. Grain damage percentage is calculated by the both numerical and weighing methods. In this research, an experiment was conducted to compare the relationship between these two methods. We measured 225 damaged wheat grain samples delivered from Arak (n = 30 × 3), Ghazvin (n = 20× 3) and Lorestan (n = 25× 3). A digital scale with 0.1 mg precision was used to weigh kernels. For these samples, the number and weight of damaged and undamaged grains were recorded. In general, undamaged kernels with an average weight of 34 mg were heavier than damaged ones with average weight of 30 mg. Although, there was a significant difference between the numerical and the weight values, a significant positive correlation (r = 0.98; p < /em> <0.0001) was detected between the two methods. By using the equation y = 0.8374x + 0.02, where x and y are the numerical and weight values, respectively, we are able to convert values from a given method to another one.
