| استفاده از عصاره‌های گیاهی به عنوان یک جایگزین مناسب به جای مصرف سموم در رابطه با بیماری‌های بعد از برداشت و به خصوص بیماری کپک آبی مطرح بوده است. اندازه‌گیری فعالیت آنزیم‌های درگیر در فعالیت‌های دفاعی گیاهی روشی کارآمد و در عین حال هزینه بر در ارزیابی سطح بیماری می‌باشد. در این تحقیق ابتدا فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز در هشت روز متوالی در میوه سیب که تحت تیمارهای مختلف عصاره اسطوخودوس (Lavandula officinalis) و قارچ بیمارگر Penicillium expansum قرار گرفته بود بررسی شد. سپس بر اساس اطلاعاتی که از این آزمون به دست آمد با استفاده از مدل‌های رگرسیون چند متغیره خطی، شبکه عصبی مصنوعی و مدل نروفازی فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز در میوه سیب پیش‌بینی شد. نتایج نشان داد در روز پنجم بیشترین میزان فعالیت آنزیم همانند روزهای قبل در سیب‌های آلوده تیمار شده با عصاره مشاهده شد و این افزیش نسب به تیمارهای دیگر معنی دار بود و بیشترین فعالیت آنزیم در همه تیمارها به غیر از شاهد سالم در این روز مشاهده شد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که مدل نروفازی کارایی بالاتری را جهت پیش‌بینی فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز نسبت به سایر مدل‌ها دارد. لذا در تحقیقات آینده پیشنهاد می‌شود از مدل نامبرده جهت پیش‌بینی رفتار آنزیم‌ها استفاده شود، همچنین کاربرد چنین روش‌هایی هزینه و زمان آزمایش را کاهش می‌دهد. | ||

| The use of plant extracts can consider as an alternative for pesticides, to control post-harvest diseases like apple blue mold. It was efficient method the measuring the enzymes activity involved in plant defense systems to evaluate the disease, but it was expensive method. At present research, the peroxidase activity in treated apple fruits with lavender extracts and pathogen during eight days was investigated. Then, we applied three common models (i.e. multiple linear regression models, neural networks and neuro-fuzzy) to predict the peroxidase activity based on the information of the previous test. The results showed the highest enzyme activity was observed in the infected apples treated with the extract in fifth days, as the days before and it was significant compared to other treatments. The most activity of peroxidase was observed in all treatments except control, was observed on the fifth day. Our constructed models revealed that neuro-fuzzy model had higher performance in the peroxidase activity prediction compared with the other models. | ||
