| چکیده | ||
| بخش بیشتر از پژوهش ها در گرایش های کشاورزی به شکل پایان نامه دانشجویی انجام می شود و پایان نامه یکی از تولیدهای اصلی پژوهشی دانشکده های کشاورزی است. برای فرازاندن سطح کیفی پایان نامه ها در رشته های کشاورزی ضرورت دارد تا چالش ها و عامل های مؤثر در تدوین پایان نامه از دیدگاه اصلی ترین کنش گران آن یعنی دانشجویان و اعضای هیئت علمی بررسی شود. از این رو ﻫﺪف از این ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ، ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ عامل های پیش برنده و بازدارنده ی مؤثر بر ﺗﺪوﻳﻦ ﭘﺎﻳﺎن نامه از دیدگاه دانشجویان و اعضای هیئت علمی رشته های کشاورزی دانشگاه لرستان بود. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از نوعﻛﺎرﺑﺮدی و ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ - ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ روش پیمایشی و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﺑﺰار ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل 39 دانشجوی کارشناسی ارشد و 25 دانشجوی دکتری و 48 عضو هیئت علمی دانشکده کشاورزی در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 بود. برای تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و آزمون های نا فراسنجه ای من وایتنی و کروسکال والیس استفاده شد. تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که بازدارنده های سازمانی مهم ترین بازدارنده و خبرگی استاد راهنما مهم ترین پیش برنده در تدوین پایان نامه از دیدگاه دانشجویان می باشد. آزمون من وایتنی در مورد تأثیر جنس و مقطع تحصیلی بر تدوین پایان نامه نشان داد، دانشجویان پسر و دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد با بازدارنده های فردی بیشتری در انجام پایان نامه روبه رو هستند. آزمون کروسکال والیس نیز نشان داد، دانشجویان گرایش های مختلف از لحاظ بازدارنده های انجام پایان نامه تفاوت معناداری ندارند. اولویت بندی چالش های انجام پایان نامه از دیدگاه استادان نشان داد، آنان ضعف دانشجو در ترجمه منابع علمی خارجی، حضور نیافتن پیوسته دانشجو در محیط دانشگاهی، نا آشنایی دانشجو با روش تحقیق را به عنوان مهم ترین چالش ها مشخص کرده اند. | ||

| the aim of this study was to examine the driving and preventive factors of doing thesis from the viewpoints of postgraduate students and faculty members of agriculture courses in Lorestan university. This study is a descriptive-correlational research that carried out using survey method.The statistical population of the study consisted of 64 postgraduate students of agriculture courses (Masters and PhD) and 48 faculty members of agriculture college. For data analysis, exploratory factor analysis and Mann Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used. Results of factor analysis showed that "organizational obstacles" are the most important preventive factor and "the skill of the supervisor" is the most important driving factor in the doing of a thesis from the perspective of students. The results of a Mann–Whitney test about the difference between students in terms of gender and education showed that male students and postgraduate students face more individual barriers in doing the thesis. Also, the results of Wilcoxon test showed no significant difference between students of different courses in terms of obstacles in doing the thesis. Also, the results of prioritizing the problems of doing thesis from the perspective of members facualty showed that “the weakness of the student in the translation of Latin scientific resources," "the lack of continuous presence of student in campus," " students' lack of familiarity with the research method" as the most important Challenges have been identified. | ||
