| رایج‌ترین شکل گودالکن‌هایی که در جهان برای حفر چال‌کود استفاده میشود، شکل مجهز به متۀ مارپیچ و شامل انواع دستی موتوری و پشت تراکتوری است. این گودالکنها هر یک به دلایلی در شرایط ایران قابل استفاده نیست. در این پژوهش یک گودالکن هیدرولیکی با الگوبرداری از عملکرد مینی لودرها ساخته شد که قابلیت به‌کارگیری در فضاهای محدود را داراست و می‌تواند گودالهایی به قطر 20-15 سانتیمتر و تا عمق 50 سانتیمتر را با حداقل به‌هم خوردگی، بهمنظور کوددهی درختان، در خاک ایجاد کند. در این ماشین از نیروی هیدرولیک برای چرخش مته و بالا و پایین بردن مته در گودال استفاده میشود و برخلاف انواع رایج دستی و تراکتوری، مته با سرعت آرام و با اِعمال نیروی عمودی به داخل خاک پیچ میشود و خاک محبوس در بین پره‌ها با بالا آمدن مته از گودال خارج می‌گردد. برای انتخاب مناسب‌ترین نوع مته برای این ماشین، سه نوع مته مارپیچ شامل مته مارپیچ با نوک مخروطی (با دو گام مختلف مارپیچ) و مته مارپیچ با لبه برش صفحه‌ای، و یک نوع متۀ استوانه‌ای ارزیابی شدند. در استفاده از این متهها گشتاور و توان مورد نیاز برای نفوذ در خاک، انرژی مصرفی و عملکرد مته در تخلیۀ گودال نیز بررسی شد. نتایج بررسیها نشان میدهد که متههای مارپیچ با نوک مخروطی با صرف حداقل انرژی و مدت زمان، بهترین گزینه برای حفر گودال با این ماشین هستند. در خاک‌های سخت و اصطکاکی برای تخلیۀ مطلوب گودال، مارپیچ‌های با گام کوچک‌تر و در خاک‌های چسبنده برای جلوگیری از فشرده شدن خاک در بین پره‌ها، مارپیچ‌های با گام بزرگ‌تر قابل توصیه خواهند بود. | ||

| The most common types of post hole diggers are the auger styles including the engine powered and tractor mounted types which neither are applicable in current situations of Iran. In this study a hydraulic driven post hole digger was developed which is applicable in restricted spaces and has the ability of digging 15-20 cm wide holes to a depth of 50 cm. In contrast to tractor and engine powered types, in the developed machine the auger is screwed down at a relatively slow rotational speed under a vertical force and the soil compacted between the auger’s flights is brought out of the hole as the auger is lifted. In order to choose an appropriate auger for this machine three types of spiral augers with conical tips (two size of flights pitch) and flange tip and a cylindrical type were evaluated. The results showed that spiral augers with conical tip, the lowest energy consumption and time requirement was the most appropriate for this digger. I order to have a better evacuation of holes in hard and frictional soils, augers with smaller pitch are recommended whereas bigger pitches of auger are more appropriate for sticky soils to avoid soil compaction between the auger’s flights. | ||
