| سرو مردابی Taxodium distichum (L.) در مناطق شمالی کشور رویش دارد. بذر این گیاه دارای اسانس فراوان و ترکیب عمده آن، آلفا – پینن می‌باشد. این ترکیب دارای فعالیتهای ضد التهابی و ضد انقباضی بوده و در صنایع عطرسازی کاربرد دارد. در این تحقیق میوه گیاه از باغ گیاه‌شناسی ملی ایران در مرداد 1379 جمع‌آوری و به روش تقطیر با آب (طرح جایمند – رضایی) اسانسگیری شد. در این طرح امکان برداشت نمونه اسانس در زمانهای مختلف تقطیر وجود دارد. نمونه‌های اسانس (جدا شده در سه زمان) توسط دو دستگاه کروماتوگرافی گازی (GC) و کروماتوگرافی گازی متصل به طیف سنج جرمی (GC/MS) مورد تجزیه قرار گرفت و ترکیبهای آنها شناسایی شد. عمده‌ترین آنها، در برداشت اول آلفا - پینن (61.8 درصد)، برداشت دوم (57.1 درصد) و برداشت سوم (14.8 درصد) می‌باشد که به‌ترتیب هرچه زمان اسانسگیری افزایش می‌یابد میزان ترکیب کاهش نشان می‌دهد. از آنجا که جداسازی هر ترکیب به تنهایی در اسانسها کار ساده‌ای نیست از این‌رو، یکی از مزیتهای این روش به نسبت روشهای دیگر اسانسگیری، برداشت بیشترین میزان یک ترکیب در اسانس در هر مرحله و زمان ممکن است که در این طرح لحاظ گردیده است. | ||

| The chemical constituents of the oil from Taxodium distichum (L.) were collected in mide of summer , essential oils were extracted from fruit by hydrodistillation method ( clevenger – type apparatus ) which apparatus planed to take oil in runing time without stoping of process. In this extraction we collected three fraction and then oils analyzed by GC and GC/MS . The major constituents in fraction – 1 were a - pinene (61.8%) which decrease in fraction – 2 (57.1%) and in fraction – 3 (14.8%) , and another compound 1- terpineol in fraction – 1 were (31.5%) and in fraction – 2 increased (32.5%) but in fraction – 3 again decreased (24%) and for b - caryophyllene in fraction – 1 with (1.2%) in fraction – 2 are increased (7.2%) and in fraction – 3 again increased (24.6%) . | ||
