مقایسه ترکیبهای شیمیایی اسانس برگ گیاه زوفا (Hyssopus officinalis L.) در شرایط کشت و رویشگاه طبیعی | ||

| زوفا با نام علمی Hyssopus officinalis L.از گیاهان دارویی با ارزش است که در صنایع دارویی, بهداشتی و غذایی مورد مصرف قرار می‌گیرد. هدف از اجرای این تحقیق مقایسه اسانس برگ گیاه زوفا در شرایط کشت و رویشگاه طبیعی می‌باشد. هنگامی که بیش از نیمی از گلهای گیاه زوفا ظاهر شد مبادرت به جمع‌آوری برگ گیاه از مزرعه واقع درمجتمع تحقیقاتی البرز کرج و رویشگاه طبیعی در منطقه رودبارک در کلاردشت مازندران گردید. بعد به روش تقطیر با بخار آب[1] اسانس استخراج شد. بازده اسانس برگ در نمونه کشت شده 6/0 % و در نمونه رویشگاه 7/0 % بود. سپس جهت شناسایی کمی وکیفی ترکیبها, روغنهای اسانسی مذکور به دستگاههای گاز کروماتوگراف[2] و گاز کروماتوگراف متصل به طیف سنج جرمی[3] تزریق گردید. در اسانس برگ گیاه کاشته شده 30 ترکیب شناسایی شد که به ترتیب iso-pinocamphone (32.43%) pinocamphon (13.15%), β-pinene(12.20%), و pinocarvone (7.5%) بیشترین میزان را به خود اختصاص داد. در اسانس برگ گیاه زوفا که از طبیعت جمع‌آوری شده بود16 ترکیب شناسایی شد که بیشترین درصد ترکیبها عبات بود از: (iso- pinocamphone (49.43%), pinocamphone(18.74%), β-pinene(8.94%), myrcene(5.79% | ||

| The essential oils of Hyssopus officinalis from field and wild growing were studied by GC and GC/MS. The plant leaves were collected in the blooming stage on the experimental field in alborz karaj and nature in Roudbarak at Mazandaran province.Then they dried up and the essential oil isolated by steam distillation. Rt and KI were compared to the standard compounds then obtained components were recognized and their quality were defined per percent. Among 30 identified compounds in cultivated specimen the major components were iso-pinocamphone (32.4% ), pinocamphone (13.1%), β-pinene (12.2%) and pinocarvone(7.5%). In wild plant from 16 compounds iso-pinocamphone (49.4%), pinocamphone(18.7%), β-pinene (8.94%) and myrcene(5.8) were the main components. The oil obtained in yield of 0.6 % w/w in cultivated plant and 0.7 % in wild plant. | ||
