| پونه از جمله گیاهان بسیار مهم معطر و دارویی است که مصارف گسترده‌ای در صنایع مختلف دارد. هدف از این بررسی شناسایی و کاربرد ترکیبهای اسانس پونه می‌‌باشد. نمونه کشت شده پونه کرمانی M. longifolia (L.) Hud. var. kermanansisو پونه جنگلی M. longifolia (L.) Hud. var. kotschianaدر ایستگاه البرز کرج در زمان گلدهی، برگ و گل برداشت گردید و با روش تقطیر با بخار آب تحت اسانسگیری قرار گرفت. جهت شناسایی ترکیبهای اسانس از دو دستگاه کروماتوگرافی گازی (GC) و کروماتوگرافی گازی متصل به طیف سنج جرمی (GC/MS) استفاده گردید. ترکیبهای عمده در اسانس برگ و گل پونه کرمانی عبارت است از: piperitenone oxide (45.7 % و 44.3%)، piperitone (30.6 % و 25.3%) و piperitenone (5.6 % و10.6% ) و ترکیبهای عمده در اسانس برگ وگل پونه جنگلی عبارت است از : piperitone (58.2 % و 64%)، 1,8-cineole (26.7% و 28.4%) و piperitenone oxide (4.6% و2.1% ). | ||

| Mentha longifolia (L.) Hudson from labiatae family has different varities. In present study we selected Mentha longifolia (L.) Hudson var. kermanansis and Mentha longifolia (L.) Hudson var. kotschiana, whichcultivated in Research station of Alborz (Karadj). The volatile oil extracted from plant by steam distillation method and analyzed by GC and GC/MS. The major constituents obtained from M. longifolia (L.) Hudson var. kermanansis in flower oil were piperitenone oxide (44.3%), piperitone (25.3%)and piperitenone (10.6%) and in leaf oil were , piperitenone oxide (45.7%), piperitone (30.6%), piperitenone (5.6%), and for M. longifolia (L.) Hudson var. kotschiana in flower oil were piperitone (58.2%), 1,8-cineole (26.7%) and piperitenone oxide (4.6%) and in leaf oil were piperitone (64%) and 1,8-cineole (28.4%). | ||
