| گونه‌ای اوکالیپتوس با نام علمی Eucalyptus porosa در اواسط اسفند ماه 1382 از شهرستان دزفول (باغ فدک)جمع آوری شد و از برگ خشک آن به روش تقطیر با آب در دستگاه مدل کلونجر و به مدت 20 دقیقه اسانسگیری به عمل آمد. بازده اسانسگیری بر اساس وزن برگ خشک معادل 0.57 % (وزن اسانس در 100 گرم برگ خشک) محاسبه گردید. به منظور شناسایی کمی وکیفی ترکیبهای اسانس، نمونه اسانس حاصل به دستگاه کروماتوگراف گازی (GC) تزریق و تعداد 21 ترکیب در آن شناسایی شد. در میان ترکیبهای شناسایی شده، سه ترکیب 1 ،8 -سینئول(58.6 %)، آلفا- پینن (12.8 %) و نوپینون (11.3 %) بالا ترین درصد را به خود اختصاص می دهند. | ||

| Eucalyptus porosa was collected from Dezfool (Fadak Garden) in Martch 2004.Dry leaves of it were hydrodistilled in a clevenger type apparatus for 20 min. to produce an oil at the yield of 0.57%(based on dry leaves).In order of quantitavely and qualitavely analyses, the oil was injected to GC.Among Twenty-one compounds which were identified in the oil, 1,8-cineole (58.6%), α–pinene(12.8%) and nopinone (3.11%) were the major constituents, respectively. | ||
