| شبدر قرمز یکی از مهمترین لگوم‌های علوفه‌ای چند ساله است که در مراتع ایران به‌صورت طبیعی رشد می‌کند. به منظور بررسی و تشریح روابط میان عملکرد علوفه خشک و عملکرد بذر با سایر صفات وابسته به آنها، 9 جمعیت شبدر قرمز در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در سالهای 1381-1382 در مجتمع تحقیقاتی البرز (کرج) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. تجزیه همبستگی فنوتیپی نشان داد که عملکرد علوفه با صفات اندازه برگ، طول میانگره، طول دمبرگ، ارتفاع کانوپی، دیرزیستی و تعداد ساقه در بوته همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌دار دارد. ضریب همبستگی میان عملکرد بذر و صفات تعداد ساقه در بوته، دیرزیستی و تعداد بذر در گل آذین نیز مثبت و معنی‌دار بود. با استفاده از تجزیه رگرسیونی گام به گام سهم هر یک از صفات که بیشترین تأثیر را در عملکرد بذر و علوفه داشتند مشخص گردید. صفات تعداد ساقه در بوته، تعداد بذر در گل آذین، دیرزیستی، تعداد گل آذین در ساقه، طول میانگره و تعداد گلچه در گل آذین بیشترین تأثیر را در عملکرد علوفه داشتند و بیش از 99 درصد از تغییرات آن را توجیه نمودند. بر اساس تجزیه علیت، صفات دیرزیستی و طول میانگره بیشترین اثر مستقیم و مثبت را بر افزایش عملکرد علوفه داشتند. دو صفت تعداد بذر در گل آذین و تعداد گل آذین در ساقه اثر مستقیم منفی نشان دادند، ولی از طریق افزایش دیرزیستی و طول میانگره، به‌طورغیرمستقیم باعث افزایش عملکرد علوفه گردیدند. با توجه به‌اینکه ضریب همبستگی و ضریب علیت دو صفت دیرزیستی و طول میانگره مثبت بودند بنابراین می‌توان از این دو صفت به‌عنوان دو شاخص مهم در افزایش عملکرد علوفه استفاده نمود. برای عملکرد بذر، صفات تعداد بذر در گل آذین، وزن هزار دانه، تیپ رشد، تعداد گل آذین در ساقه و تعداد گلچه در گل آذین به مدل رگرسیونی وارد شدند (98/0R2=) که صفت تعداد بذر در گل آذین بیشترین اثر مستقیم را مثبت بر افزایش عملکرد بذر داشت و چون اثر کل آن نیز معنی‌دار بود بنابراین تعداد بذر در گل آذین به‌عنوان مهمترین صفت برای افزایش عملکرد بذر شناخته شد. وزن هزار دانه اگرچه به‌صورت مستقیم باعث کاهش عملکرد بذر شد، اما به‌صورت غیر مستقیم با افزایش تعداد بذر در گل آذین موجب افزایش تولید بذر گردید. | ||

| Red clover (Trifolium pratense L.) is one of the important perennial forage legumes that grows naturally in Iran. In order to evaluate relationships between seed yield, forage dry matter yield and their components, 9 accessions of the species were planted and evaluated using a completely randomized block design with three replications in Alborz research center, Karaj, Iran during 2002-2003. The results of correlation analysis showed positive and significant relationships, between forage yield and leaflet lamina area, internode length, petiol length, canopy height, persistency and number of stems per plant. Seed yield had positive and significant relationships with number of stems per plant, persistency and number of seeds per inflorescence. Using regression analysis, the important traits were detected. Number of stems per plant, number of seeds per inflorescence, persistency, number of inflorescences per stem, internode length and number of florets per inflorescence were the important triats for forage yield (R2=99). Using path analysis, persistency and internode length had direct positive effects on forage yield. Number of seeds per inflorescence and number of inflorescences per stem had direct and negative effects on yield, but increased forage yield indirectly through improving persistency and internode length. It was concluded that persistency and internode length were the important triats for improvement of red clover varities. Number of seeds per inflorescence, 1000 grains weight, growth habit, number of inflorescences per stem, number of florets per inflorescence were the important triats for seed yield (R2=98). Using path analysis number of seeds per inflorescence had direct significant effect on seed yield. It was also concluded that number of seeds per inflorescence were the important traits for breeding seed yield in red clover. Although, 1000 grains weight had negative and direct effect on seed yield, indirectly through increasing number of seeds per inflorescence improved seed production. | ||
