| به‌منظور افزایش بازده اسانس‌گیری و نیز کیفیت اسانس یک گونه اوکالیپتوس با نام علمیEucalyptus globulus برگهای این گونه در زمان گلدهی (تابستان 1383) از ایستگاه تحقیقاتی زاغمرز واقع در پاسند بهشهر جمع‌آوری گردید و در بخش گیاه‌شناسی مؤسسه تحقیقات جنگلها و مراتع، مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت. برگهای خشک و آسیا شده این گیاه به دو روش تقطیر با بخار آب و تقطیر با آب اسانس‌گیری شد و برشهای مختلف اسانس در فواصل زمانی پانزده دقیقه جمع‌آوری گردیدند. بازده اسانس‌گیری در هر برش اسانس محاسبه شد و مشخص گردید که در هر دوروش افزایش زمان اسانس‌گیری، منجر به تولید اسانس بیشتر می‌گردد. از طرف دیگر با تزریق برشهای بدست آمده به دستگاه G C مشخص شد که با افزایش مدت زمان اسانس‌گیری، میزان ترکیب اصلی اسانس (1و8-سینئول) کاهش می‌یابد. در روش تقطیر با بخار آب، بازده اسانس از1.6% پس از 15 دقیقه به 2.42% پس از 180 دقیقه از شروع اسانس‌گیری افزایش یافت، در حالی که میزان نسبی ترکیب اصلی (1و8-سینئول) از 82.2% به 74.8% تنزل نشان داد. در روش تقطیر با آب، بازده اسانس از1.55% پس از 15 دقیقه به 2.86% پس از 180 دقیقه از شروع اسانس‌گیری افزایش یافت، در حالی که میزان نسبی ترکیب اصلی (1و8-سینئول) از92.7% به 85.6% کاهش نشان داد. در اسانس این گونه از اوکالیپتوس، تعداد پانزده ترکیب شناسایی شد که در میان آنها سه ترکیب 1و8-سینئول (82.20%-74.80%)،آلفا- پینن (7.70%-6.28%) و لیمونن (6.20%-5.70%) در روش تقطیر با بخار آب و همین سه ترکیب،1و8-سینئول (92.70%-85.60%)،آلفا- پینن (2.37%-2.02%) و لیمونن (3.10%-2.04%) در روش تقطیر با آب، بالاترین درصد را به خود اختصاص دادند. | ||

| In order to increas the yield and quality of an eucalyptus essential oil(eucalyptus globulus) the leaves of plant was collected from Research Station of Zaghmarz in Pasansd of Behshahr and was identified by the staff of botanical department of Research Institute of Forests and Rangelands.Dried and ground leaves of plant were steam and hydro distilled and fractions were collected every fifteen minutes. Proceeding of distillation time resulted to increas the yield and reduce cineole content. In steam distillation method,the oil yield was increased from 1.6% after 5 min. to 2.42% after 180 min. whereas 1,8-cineole content was reduced from 82.2% to 74.8%, respectively. In hydrodistillation method, the oil yield was increased from 1.55% after 15 min. to 2.86% after 180 min. whereas cineole content was reduced from 92.7% to 85.6%, respectively. Fifteen compounds were identified among which 1,8-cineole (74.8%-82.2%), α-pinene (6.28-7.70%) and limonene (5.70-6.20%) in steam distillation method and 1,8-cineole (85.60-92.70%), α-pinene (2.02%-2.37%) and limonene (2.04%-3.10%) in hydrodistillation method were the major constituents, respectively. | ||
