| الگو و رفتار انباری بذر به منظور حفظ ذخایر ژنتیکی گیاهان از اهمیت بسیار زیادی برخودار می‌باشد. بدین وسیله می توان روشهای جمع آوری و نگهداری بذرها را مشخص کرد. اگر بذرها دارای رفتار انباری معمولی یا اورتودوکس باشند، حفظ ذخایر ژنتیکی به روش غیر طبیعی (خارج از رویشگاه) و از طریق جمع آوری بذر انجام می‌گیرد. در این روش بذر گیاهان از رویشگاه طبیعی گیاهان جمع آوری شده و در منطقه خارج رویشگاه یعنی در مکانی به عنوان محل حفظ ذخایر توارثی نگه داری می شوند که این روش را در اصطلاح همان اگزسیتو (Ex situ) می‌گویند. بذرهای گیاهانی که دارای رفتار انباری سخت (ریکالسیترنت) باشند نگهداری آنها در داخل رویشگاه مناسبتر است که این روش را اینسیتو (In situ) می‌گویند. به منظور تعیین الگوی رفتاری بذرها تعدادی نمونه‌های بذرهای گونه‌های دارویی از استانهای مختلف جمع‌آوری گردید و بعد تحت فرآیندهای تکنولوژیکی بذر قرار گرفتند. فرآیند های تکنولوژیکی بذر شامل تعیین خلوص فیزیکی، خلوص ژنتیکی، سلامتی بذر، تعیین رطوبت، وزن هزار‌دانه، آزمون جوانه زنی و ذخیره سازی نمونه های بذرها در سردخانه بانک ژن منابع طبیعی می باشد. این تحقیق در مورد نمونه های بذرهای جمع اوری شده سال 1381 و 1382 به مدت 2 سال انجام گرفت. به منظوربررسی الگوی رفتار انباری بذرها، محتوای رطوبتی بذرها تعیین گردید نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که اکثر نمونه بذرهای گیاهان دارویی جمع‌آوری شده دارای الگوی رفتار انباری ارتودکس بوده و بنابراین می‌توان آنها را به روش اگزسیتو (Ex situ) یا نگهداری در خارج از رویشگاه، جمع آوری و به مدت زمان طولانی در انبار نگه داری کرد. | ||

| Model of seed storage behavior has high importance for seed conservation. With determination model of seed storage behavior, collection and conservation of plant seed would be recognized. If the plant seeds have orthodox behavior, their conservation will be carried out in out of provenance and it is termed as Ex- situ conservation. If the plant seeds have recalcitrant behavior, their conservation would be done within provenance and it is termed as In situ conservation. In this research, model of seed storage behavior of some medicinal plant seeds were studied. The seed samplesof some medicinal plants from different state of country were processed and analyzed. The processing of the seed samples included physical and genetic purity, seed healthy test, thousand weight, moisture content determination, germination test, packaging and conservation of the seed samples in cold room of gene bank. Evaluation and determination of model of seed storage behavior was the major point of this research work. By determination of moisture content, the model of seed storage behavior of medicinal plant seeds was identified and most of them have orthodox seed storage behavior. Therefore their conservation should be done as Ex- situ conservation. | ||
