| چکیده | ||
| در این آزمایش، درصد جوانه‌زنی و سرعت جوانه‌زنی، طول ریشه‌چه و ساقه‌چه، و شاخص بنیه بذر در 5 گونه Agropyron و 2 اکوتیپ گونه Bromus persicus تحت 2 غلظت اسپور از گونه‌های Fusarium graminearumوFusarium avenaceum مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. غلظتهای اسپوری ml/104×114 و ml/104× 57 برای F. graminearum و ml/104×152 و ml/104×76 برای گونه F. avenaceum برای آلوده نمودن بذر در نظرگرفته شد. همچنین نمونه‌ای از بذرهای مورد بررسی در شرایط عاری از آلودگی به عنوان شاهد نیز کشت گردید. میان جنسها، گونه‌های یک جنس و نیز اکوتیپ‌های یک گونه گیاهی برای صفات درصد جوانه‌زنی، سرعت جوانه‌زنی، نسبت طول ریشه‌چه به ساقه‌چه، و شاخص بنیه بذر و نسبت وزن خشک به تر در هر دو شرایط آزمایشگاه و طبیعی اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود داشت. همچنین تیمارهای قارچی در شرایط آزمایشگاهی تأثیر معنی‌داری بر کلیه صفات به‌جز نسبت طول ریشه‌چه به ساقچه داشتند، ولی در شرایط طبیعی تفاوت بین سطوح قارچ‌ها معنی‌داری نبود. اثر پذیری صفات بنیه‌ای بذر هر دو جنس تحت تیمار اسپورهای دو گونه قارچ در شرایط آزمایشگاهی بیشتر بود. شاخص بنیه، سرعت و درصد جوانه‌زنی بذرهای آلوده در گونه‌های intermedium A.وA. elongatum از سایر گونه‌ها بیشتر بود. قارچF. graminearum با غلظت ml/104×114 بیشترین تأثیر را بر کاهش شاخص بنیه بذر، سرعت و درصد جوانه‌زنی بذر داشت. | ||

| The experiment was conducted under laboratory and natural condition for evaluation of seed germination characteristics in 2 Bromus ecotypes and 5 Agropyron species collected from different parts of Iran. Seeds samples were treated with spores of Fusarium graminearum (114×104/mland 57×104/ml) and F.avenaceum (152×104/ml and 76×104/ml). Germination percentage, and speed, root/shoot ratio, dry/fresh weight ratio and vigour index were determined in the inoculated seeds, as well as in control (non-inoculated seeds). Significant differences for the above characteristics were observed between plant genera, species and ecotypes and also between 2 Fusarium species. At both densities of F. avenaceum spores, all of triats were decreased in treated seeds at laboratory except for root/shoot ratio. At natural condition, there were no significant differences among agents of infection compared to control. In general, the seed contamination was higher in laboratory. Percentage and speed of seed germination and vigour index were higher in A. intermedium and A. elongatum comparing to other Agropyrone species and both B. persicus ecotypes. The higher density (114×104/ml) of F. graminearum spores showed the highest effect on percentage and speed of germination and vigour index in all of species and ecotypes | ||
