| قدرت ترکیب‌پذیری درختان بنه Pistacia atlantica در جزیره اسلامی، با انتخاب، علامت‌گذاری و تلاقی پایه‌های مادری و پدری، در سالهای 1380 و 1382، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بذرهای حاصل از تلاقی، جمعآوری و پس از انجام آزمایشهای تکنولوژیکی بذر کشت شدند. نتایج ارزیابی قدرت ترکیب پذیری عمومی، نشان‌دهنده بیشترین درصد باروری در نتاج حاصل از تلاقی والد مادری 9 با والدین پدری 3 و 11 در سال 1380 بود. بیشترین تعداد بذر در تلاقی والد مادری 9 با پدری 9 و 11 مشاهده گردید. درصد بالای سبز شدن بذر در 1380، مربوط به پایه‌های مادری 12، 13 و 8 بود که با پایه‌های پدری مختلف نتایج بسیار خوبی داشتند. شایان ذکر اینکه والد مادری 9 از قدرت ترکیب پذیری عمومی بالایی برای درصد باروری، تعداد بذر، وزن بذر، قطر بذر، درصد سبز شدن بذر و میانگین ارتفاع نهال برخوردار بود. بالاترین وزن کل میوه در تلاقی‌های صورت گرفته در سال 1382، مربوط با پایه‌های پدری 8، 10 و 1 بود. در ضمن بهترین ترکیب پذیرها در میان پایه‌های مادری، 22، 18 و 12 بوده‌اند. بالاترین وزن میوه بارور در سال 1382، به ترتیب مربوط به پایه‌های پدری 4، 8 و 1 بوده و بهترین ترکیب پذیری در میان پایه‌های مادری 22، 21 و 18 و پایه‌های پدری 8، 1 و 4 بود. بر این اساس، می‌توان گفت که از میان والدین تلاقی یافته در عرصه بنه‌زار جزیره اسلامی، پایه‌های مادری 10 و 11 و پایه‌های پدری 9 و 13 بهترین درختان در سال 1380 و پایه‌های مادری 17، 18، 21 و 22 و پایه‌های پدری 1 و 8 بهترین درختان در سال 1382 بودند. بنابراین، برای تولید بذر و نهال مطلوب و در نتیجه افزایش تولید و بهره‌وری، امکان اجرای طرحهای پایلوت در عرصه‌های بنه‌زار وجود دارد. | ||

| The present research was carried out for evaluation ofgeneral combining ability of P. atlantica. Parental trees were selected, isolated, pollinated and finally the fruits were harvested, in 2002 and 2004. Some characteristics were measured in seed technology laboratory and remaining seeds were sown and some characters were measured in field. The highest cross abilities for fruitfulness (%) was obtained in crossed female 9 with male 3 and 11, in 2002. The most seed producer belonged to cross 9 female with 9 or 11 as males. The highest germination percentage was found in females 12, 13 and 8 when crossed with all of the males, in 2002. It is worth knowing that female 9 showed a good performance in the most measured characteristics. The highest seed weights were shown to be in crossing of males 8, 10 and 1, in 2004. Meanwhile, the best combiners among maternal trees were 22, 18 and 12. The most superior parents for seed weight production in 2004 were shown to belong to males 4, 8 and 1 and the best maternal combiner trees were 22, 21. According to the results, males number 10 and 11 and females 9 and 13 in 2002, and females 17, 18, 21 and 22 and male 1 and 8 in 2004, have shown to be the superior P. atlantica trees. Thus, in order to improve P. atlantica for achievement of successful seed and seedling production, a pilot plan could be beneficial. | ||
