| جنس Lepidium از خانواده Cruciferaeدر ایران 8 گونه دارد که گونه Lepidium sativum L. شاهی (ترتیزک) علاوه بر ایران در اروپای مناطق مدیترانه ای ، آسیا وآمریکا پراکنش دارد .به منظور بررسی ترکیبهای شیمیایی اسانس آن برگهای گیاه کاشته شده از منطقه شمیران در استان تهران در تابستان 1383 جمع آوری گردید وپس از خشک شدن در دمای محیط با روش تقطیر با آب اسانس گیری شد. اسانس به صورت یک لایه روغنی به رنگ زرد روشن و بازده 0.3% بدست آمد. تجزیه و شناسایی ترکیبهای تشکیل دهنده اسانس با دستگاه کروماتوگراف گازی (GC) و کروماتوگراف گازی متصل شده با طیف سنج جرمی (GC/MS) با محاسبه شاخصهای بازداری و مطالعه طیفهای جرمی صورت گرفت. از میان 25 ترکیب شناسایی شده که 94.7% اسانس را تشکیل می دهند ترکیب کامفر با 19.8% بیشترین میزان را به خود اختصاص می دهد. ترکیبهای بعدی شامل 1،8-سینئول (10.2%)، لیمونن (8.5%) و اپی–آلفا بیسابولول (7.9%) می باشند. | ||

| The genus of Lepidium is belong to Cruciferae, distributed in Europe, Mediteranean region, United State and south of Asia. In Iran 8 species are present in northern, northwestern and western districts. The leaves of Lepidium sativumwere collected from Shemiran in Tehran province at full flowering stage in June 2004. Essential oil isolated by hydrodistillation from the leaves, were analysed by a combination of capillary GC and GC/MS. The yeild of essential oil was 0.3% (w/w). Twenty-five compounds in the oil were identified representing 94.7% of the total oil. The main constituent was camphor (19.8%). Other main components were 1,8-cineole (10.2%) and epi-α –bisabolol (8%). | ||
