| نمونه های دو گونه اوکالیپتوس Eucalyptus stricklandii Maiden و Eucalyptus erythrocorys F. Muell. که در منطقه شمال خوزستان کشت گردیده در اواسط اسفند 1382 جمع آوری و به روش تقطیر با آب (طرح کلونجر) اسانس گیری و سپس نمونه توسط دستگاههای کروماتوگرافی گازی (GC) و کروماتوگرافی گازی متصل به طیف سنج جرمی (GC/MS) مورد تجزیه قرار گرفتند. ترکیبهای عمده در گونه E. stricklandii Maiden عبارتند از : 1,8-cineole (72.7درصد)، a-pinene (12.2درصد) و terpin-1-ol (2.8 درصد) و در گونه E. erythrocorys F. Muell. عبارتند از : 1,8-cineole (80 درصد)، a-pinene ( 7.5 درصد) و terpin-1-ol (2.2 درصد) مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند. درصد زیاد ترکیب 1,8- cineole و مصرف زیاد این ترکیب در صنایع مختلف و توجیه اقتصادی آن جهت تولید انبوه دو گونه Eucalyptus congylocarpa Maiden و Eucalyptus salubris F. Muell. امکان توسعه کشت این گونه را برای تولید کنندگان فراهم خواهد کرد. در این مقاله نتایج شناسایی ترکیبهای اسانس دو گونه Eucalyptus stricklandii Maiden و Eucalyptus erythrocorys F. Muell پس از گذراندن دوره سازگاری 10 ساله گزارش شده است. | ||

| Two Eucalyptus species , E. stricklandii Maiden. and E. erythrocorys F. Muell were cultivated on 1994 in south-western of Iram (Khozestan), were collected on April 2004. The essential oils isolated by hydrodistillation from the leaves of were analyzed by GC and GC/MS.The main components identified in E. stricklandii oil were 1,8-cineole (72.2%), a-pinene (12.2%) and terpinen-1–ol (2.8%), and in E. erythrocorys were 1,8-cineole (80%), a-pinene (5.7%) and terpinen-1-ol (2.2%). High content of 1,8-cineole in our cultivated plants and uses of this compound in pharmacy industry is a reason of our investigation. This paper now reportes for the first time the results of the analyses of leaf oils of E. stricklandii Maiden.,and E. erythrocorys F. Muell. , growing in Iran. | ||
