| در این تحقیق اثر تنظیم کننده‌های رشد گیاهی سیتوکینین، اکسین و جیبرلین با غلظتهای 25، 50 و 100 پی‌پی‌ام برکیفیت فیزیولوژیک بذرهای پیر شده Bromus inermis مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. درصد جوانه‌زنی، سرعت جوانه‌زنی، طول ریشـــه‌چه، طول ساقه‌چه و طول کل گیاهچه در بذرهای پیر شده به‌طور معنی‌داری کمتر از بذرهای پیر نشده بود. تنظیم کننده‌های رشد فوق در غلظتهای یکسان اثر متفاوتی بر درصد جوانه‌زنی داشتند. اکسین در غلظتهای 25 و 100 پی‌پی‌ام سبب افزایش درصد جوانه‌زنی بذرهای پیر شده گردید. اثر نوع هورمون بر سرعت جوانه‌زنی معنی‌دار نبود، اما در همه تنظیم کننده‌ها با افزایش غلظت، خصوصاً از 50 به ppm100، سرعت جوانه‌زنی به‌طور معنی‌داری کاهش یافت. فرایند پیری بذر، رشد ریشه‌چه را در مقایسه با رشد ساقه‌چه بیشتر تحت تأثیر قرار داد. بنظر می‌رسد مریستم‌های اولیه ریشه‌چه یکی از مکانهای حساس به پیری در بذر باشند. اکسین موجب کاهش اثرات مضر پیری بر رشد ریشه‌چه شد، اما این اثر به لحاظ آماری معنی‌دار نبود. اثر هورمون بر طول ساقه‌چه معنی‌دار بود و سیتوکینین و جیبرلین سبب افزایش طول ساقه‌چه شدند. کاهش نسبت طول ریشه‌چه به طول ساقه‌چه (R/S) در اثر پیری معنی‌دار نبود، اما اکسین این نسبت را در بذرهای پیر شده افزایش داد. با افزایش غلظت تنظیم کننده‌ها، R/S کاهش یافت. درصد گیاهچه‌های غیرعادی در اثر تیمار پیری کاهش یافت، اما درصد بذرهای مرده افزایش یافت. | ||

| The recovery of physiological quality of Bromus (Bromus inermis L.) aged seeds was evaluated, using cytokinin, auxin and gibberellin with 25, 50 and 100 ppm concentrations. Percentage of germination, rate of germination, length of radicle and plumule, seedling length and vigor index were decreased significantly by ageing. Auxin at 25 and 100 ppm increased germination percentage of aged seeds. All of plant growth regulators at same concentration showed different effects on germination percentage. Type of plant growth regulators had no significant effect on rate of germination, but increase in concentration of plant growth regulators, significantly decreased germination rate. Seed ageing inhibited growth of radicle more than plumula ones. Radicle seems to be one of susceptible structures to ageing in seed. Auxin somewhat recovered radicle growth of aged seed. Type of plant growth regulator did not affect radicle length, but plumule growth was promoted by cytokinin and gibberellin. In spit of decreasing Root/Shoot ratio in aged seeds, ageing had no significant effect on it, however, auxin increased this ratio in both aged and non-aged seeds. R/S decreased with increase in plant growth regulator concentration: Frequency of abnormal seedlings decreased by aging but dead seeds increased. | ||
