| چکیده | ||
| ریزازدیادیBlakely E. gongylocarpa به‌وسیله کشت جوانه بررسی شد. تیمارهای مختلف سترون‌سازی، استقرار، شاخه‌زایی و ریشه‌زایی اعمال گردید. بهترین روش سترون‌سازی بذر، در محلول بنومیل 5/0% به مدت 15 دقیقه، شستشو با مایع ظرف‌شویی، شستشو زیر آب جاری به مدت 2 ساعت، 20 ثانیه غوطه‌وری در الکل اتیلیک 70% و 20 دقیقه هیپوکلریت سدیم 2% بود. از 22 تیمار محیط کشت، محیط MS محتوی نصف غلظت نیترات، BAP 1/0، Kin 2/0، IBA 1/0 و GA3 25/0 میلی‌گرم بر لیتر، به همراه PVP 100 میلی‌گرم بر لیتر برای استقرار و تکثیر شاخه‌ها انتخاب شد. بهترین ریشه‌زایی در محیط MS حاوی 1 میلی‌گرم بر لیتر IBA به‌همراه 5/2 گرم بر لیتر زغال فعال انجام شد. گیاهچه‌های ریزازدیاد شده در گلدانهای کوچکی حاوی ترکیبی از خاک و ماسه، خاکبرگ و پرلیت به نسبت‌های 3: 3: 1 استریل شده کشت شدند و مراحل سازگاری را در گلخانه یعنی در شرایط نوری مطابق با شب و روز طبیعی با موفقیت طی کردند. | ||

| Micropropagation of E. gongylocarpa Blakely through bud culture was investigated. Different treatments of sterilization, establishment, shooting and rooting were studied. The best sterilization treatment for seeds was 0.5% Benomyl solution for 15 min, washing with detergent and then under running water for two hours, 70% ethanol for 20 seconds and 2% NaOCl for 20 min. MS medium containing half strength of nitrate, 0.1 mgl-1 BAP, 0.2 mgl-1 Kin, 0.01 mgl-1 IBA and 0.25 mgl-1 GA3 with 100 mgl-1 PVP were selected for shoot establishment and multiplication. The best rooting, observed in MS medium including 1 mgl-1 IBA with 2.5 gl-1 activated charcoal. The micropropagated plantlets established in the greenhouse successfully. | ||
