| تنوع سیتوژنتیکی در 6 جمعیت متعلق به 4 گونه از جنس Hedysarum با استفاده از سیستم آنالیز تصویری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تعداد کروموزومهای پایه در تمام جمعیت‌های مورد بررسی 8=x بود. اما از لحاظ سطوح پلوئیدی تنوع وجود داشت، که این امر مؤید وجود تنوع کروموزومی در نمونه‌های مورد بررسی بود. براساس جدول دو طرفه Stebbins همه جمعیتها در کلاس A1 قرار گرفتند و اختلاف معنی‌داری (01/0p<) میان جمعیتها برای صفات مورد بررسی مشاهده گردید. تجزیه به مؤلفه‌های اصلی نشان داد که دو مؤلفه اول و دوم به ترتیب 86/79 و 64/19 درصد از واریانس موجود بین جمعیتها را توجیه می‌نمایند. در مؤلفه اول، صفات طول کل کروموزوم (TL)، طول بازوی بلند (LA)، طول بازوی کوتاه (SA) و شاخص سانترومری (CI) و در مؤلفه دوم، صفت نسبت بازوها (AR) بیشترین سهم را در واریانس بین جمعیتها داشتند. تجزیه خوشه‌ای جمعیتها بر اساس خصوصیات کاریوتیپی آنها را در دو کلاس مجزا قرار داد. بیشترین فاصله (804/3)بین دو گونه H. coronarium (از گرگان) و H. criniferum(از کرمانشاه) و کمترین فاصله (008/1) بین دو نمونه شارلق و سولگرد متعلق به گونه H. kopetdaghi مشاهده شد. دیاگرام مربوط به پراکنش جمعیتها براساس دو مؤلفه اصلی اول و دوم، جمعیت‌های مورد بررسی را در دو گروه متمایز قرار داد که این امر مؤید نتایج حاصل از تجزیه خوشه‌ای بود. در تجزیه خوشه‌ای بر اساس دو شاخص 1A و 2A نیز جمعیتها از لحاظ تکاملی در دوگروه متمایز قرار گرفتند. بر این اساس، دو گونه H. criniferum (از زنجان) وH. kopetdaghi (از سولگرد) بیشترین فاصله (708/2) را نشان دادند و کمترین فاصله (202/0) بین دو گونه H. kopetdaghi(از سولگرد)وH. criniferum (از کرمانشاه) مشاهده شد. | ||

| In order to study of cytogenetic characteristics in Hedysarum, the karyotypes of six populations from four species were analyzed using image analysis system. The basic chromosome number was x=8 in all of the populations, but their ploidy level varied. According to Stebbins categories, all of the populations were grouped in symmetric class of 1A, indicating a symmetric karyotype. Variance analysis showed a significant difference (P<%1) among the genotypes for all of traits. Using principal components analysis, the first two components justified %99.50 of total variance. For the first component, the length of long arm, total length of chromosome, centromer index and the length of short arm with the highest coefficients of eigen vectors, were the most important traits. For the second component, the arm ratio had the most important role for total variation. Cluster analysis classified the genotypes into two groups. The highest distance were observed between H. coronarium (Gorgan) and H. criniferum (Kermanshah) indicating the least affinity between them. The lowest metric distance values were obtained between two accessions of H. kopetdaghi (Solgerd and Sharlogh). According to the dispersion diagram, based on first two components, the genotypes were grouped in two distinct classes, corresponding with the results of cluster analysis. According to the results of cluster analysis based on A1 and A2 parameters, the populations were grouped in two classes. The highest distance was observed between H. criniferum (Zanjan) and H. kopetdaghi (Solgerd), which implied the lowest affinity between them. Lowest distance was observed between H. criniferum (Kermanshah) and H. kopetdaghi (Solgerd). | ||
