| چکیده | ||
| در این پژوهش، کشت درون شیشه‌ای گیاه بومادران هزاربرگ در محیط کشت پایه MS با استفاده از هورمونهای IAA BA, NAA, Kin, و 2,4-D بررسی شد. از قطعات مختلف گیاه طبیعی و دانه‌رستهای رشد یافته در محیط کشت فاقد هورمون، به‌عنوان جداکشت استفاده گردید. بهترین محیط کشت از بین محیط کشتهای فوق جهت کالزایی، از نظر اندازه و پایداری کالها، محیط کشت دارای NAA mg/l1 وmg/l Kin 2 تشخیص داده شد. مریستم رأسی دانه‌رست در محیط کشت دارای IAA mg/l1 وBA mg/l 2 پس از تشکیل کال، اندامهای هوایی تولید کرد. جداکشت برگ در محیط کشت دارای هورمونهای IAA mg/l 1 وBA mg/l 2 و در محیط کشت دارای IAA mg/l 2 و BA mg/l1 بعد از کالزایی اندامهای هوایی را تشکیل داد. مریستم رأسی دانه‌رست در محیط کشت دارای BA 1 میلی‌گرم در لیتر پس از تشکیل کال، اندامهای هوایی را تشکیل داد که با انتقال آن به محیط کشت دارای IBA به غلظتmg/l 2 تشکیل ریشه نیز صورت گرفت. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده، این محیط کشت دارای هورمون جهت تکثیر و تشکیل گیاه کامل از جداکشت مریستم رأسی گیاه بومادران هزاربرگبهترین محیط نسبت به محیط کشتهای دیگر محسوب می‌گردد. | ||

| In this research, in vitro culture of Achillea millefolium L. was investigated with different hormones such as IAA, BA, NAA, Kin and 2,4-D. Different parts of natural plant and seedlings grown on hormone free medium were used as explants. The best medium for callogenesis was a medium supplemented with 1 mgl-1 NAA and 2 mgl-1 Kin. Apical meristem of seedling in medium supplemented with 1 mgl-1 IAA and 2 mgl-1 BA produced shoots after forming callus. Leaf explant in medium supplemented with 1 mgl-1 IAA and 2 mgl-1 BA and medium supplemented with 2 mgl-1 IAA and 1mgl-1 BA formed calli and then shoot. Apical meristem of seedling in medium supplemented with 1mgl-1 BA formed shoots which produced roots upon transferring to a medium supplemented with 2 mgl-1 IBA. Thus, this medium was the best intance for propagation and regeneration than the other media. | ||
