| آب و نیتروژن از مهمترین عوامل مورد نیاز برای رشد گیاهان هستند. بطوری که علف های هرز برای کسب آنها با گیاهان زراعی به رقابت می پردازند. از آنجا که جذب نیتروژن از خاک توسط گیاه همراه جریان توده ای آب است، لذا رقابت برای آن به رقابت برای آب وابسته است. این بررسی به منظور ارزیابی تاثیر مقدار کاربرد نیتروژن بر تعامل رقابتی ذرت و تاج خروس تا مرحله تاسل دهی کامل ذرت و بر اساس روش سریهای جایگزینی با نسبت های مختلف کاشت 0:100، 25:75، 50:50، 75:25 و100:0 از تاج خروس:ذرت در سال 1388 و در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد اجرا شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح آماری بلوک های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد. عوامل مورد بررسی عبارت بودند از رطوبت خاک در دو سطح 50 و 25 درصد ظرفیت زراعی و کاربرد نیتروژن در سه سطح (0، 200 و 400 کیلوگرم نیتروژن خالص در هکتار). نتایج نشان دادند که افزایش کاربرد نیتروژن منجر به افزایش معنی دار (p≤0.05) در تولید ماده خشک ذرت و تاج خروس در کشت خالص آنها شد و با وجود پاسخ بهتر تاج خروس به افزایش کاربرد نیتروژن در مقایسه با ذرت ، توان رقابتی ذرت را نیز افزایش داد. تنش خشکی تولید ماده خشک هر دو گیاه را به طور معنی دار کاهش داد و مزیت نسبی کاربرد نیتروژن را از بین برد، به طوری که افزایش کاربرد نیتروژن در ذرت در این شرایط توجیهی نداشت . | ||

| Water and nitrogen are the most important factors in plant competition. Since of nitrogen uptake by plants depend on water mass flow, and competition for nitrogen is depend to water availability in soil. In order to study the effect of drought stress and nitrogen application rate on corn-redroot pigweed interaction, a factorial experiment was conducted under greenhouse condition based on replacement series method in which different planting ratios of pigweed and maize component of 0:100, 25:75, 50:50, 75:25 and 100:0 pigweed: corn to corn teaseling stage in 1388 year at Faculty of Agriculture , Ferdowsi University of Mashhad research greenhouse. Treatments included soil water availability in soil at 2 levels (25 and 50 FC) and nitrogen application rate at 3 levels (0, 200 and 400 kg per hectare). Results showed that both corn and pigweed dry mater increased significantly (p≤0.05) with increasing nitrogen application rate in normal soil water condition. It also enhanced corn competitive ability with pigweed. But drought stress decreased both plants dry mater production of both corn and pigweed with nitrogen application. It also had not any advantage for corn yield. | ||
