چکیده
سطوح مختلف پری بیوتیک داینامیون و اسید آلی بایوترونیک جهت تعیین اثرات آن‌ها بر فراسنجه‌های خونی و پاسخ ایمنی در مقایسه با گروه شاهد به جیره استاندارد اضافه گردید. تعداد 135 قطعه مرغ تخم‌گذار 52 هفته سویه نیک‌جیک بطور تصادفی به 9 تیمار با 5 تکرار و درداخل هر تکرار 3 پرنده تقسیم گردیده و به طور تصادفی به 27 قفس در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی فاکتوریل (3 3) تخصیص شده‌اند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: سه سطح پری‌بیوتیک داینامیون و اسید آلی بایوترونیک (صفر، توصیه شرکت سازننده و دوبرابر توصیه شرکت سازننده) بود. داده‌های بدست آمده با روش‌های آماری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که پری‌بیوتیک داینامیون تاثیر معنی‌داری بر پروفایل لیپیدی سرم و فاکتور‌های خونی از قبیل پروتئین، اسید اوریک، گلوبولین، آلبومین و گلوکز در مرغان تخم‌گذار نداشت (05/0 < p). استفاده اسید آلی غلظت کلسترول، LDL، توتال پروتئین و اسید اوریک را در سرم مرغان تخم‌گذار بطور معنی‌داری کاهش و برعکس سطح گلوکز سرم خون را افزایش داد (05/0 > p). افزودن اسید آلی و پری‌بیوتیک به جیره، تیتر آنتی‌بادی در برابر گلبول‌های قرمز گوسفند را یک هفته پس از چالش بطور معنی‌داری افزایش داد، اما بر میزان تیتر آنتی‌بادی در برابر SRBC در دوهفته پس از چالش و هم‌چنین بر میزان آنتی‌بادی تولید شده در برابر ویروس بیماری نیوکاسل اثر معنی‌داری نداشتند. در کل می‌توان بیان کرد که مکمل کردن جیره مرغ‌های تخم‌گذار با پری‌بیوتیک داینامیون و اسید آلی بایوترونیک باعث بهبود مصرف خوراک و درصد تخم‌گذاری می‌گردد.

Different levels of Dinamion® prebiotic and Biotronic® organic acid added to standard diet, to determine its effect on blood parameters and immune response compared to control group. A total of 130 52 weeks of age lyaing hens (nick chick) were divided into 9 treatments with 5 replications of 3 birds per each, and randomly assigned to 27 pens, in a complete randomized design (CRD) with a factorial arrangement (3×3). Experimental treatments included dinamion prebiotic and biotronic organic acid in three levels (Zero, recommended level and double level of recommended). Data were analyzed by using general linear model (GLM) procedure of the SAS version 9.1 program for repeatedly measured data. The results showed that Dinamion prebiotic had not significant effect on lipid profile and blood factors such as total protein, uric acid, globulin, albumin and glucose (P>0.05). Using of organic acid significantly decreased cholesterol, LDL, total protein and uric acid concentration and on the contrary significantly increased serum glucose concentration (P<0.05). Addition of organic acid and prebiotic to diet significantly increased anti body titre vs. sheep red blood cell (SRBC) 1 week after injection (P<0.05), But not affected on produced anti body vs. SRBC 2 week after injection and also on produced anti body level vs. Newcastle disease virus (P>0.05). In conclusion, supplementation laying hens with dinamion prebiotic and biotronic organic acid cause improvement of feed intake, laying egg percent.
