چکیده
عفونت‌های‌ باکتریایی، گله‌ جوجه‌های گوشتی را مورد حمله قرار می‌دهد. طیور به بیماری‌های مختلفی از جمله بیماری‌های باکتریایی مبتلا می‌گردند. طبیعت خاص پرورش طیور که به تعداد زیاد و به صورت متراکم پرورش داده می‌شوند امکان بررسی و رسیدگی به وضعیت تک تک آنها را غیر ممکن می‌سازد. برخی باکتری‌ها در هوا و برخی در آب یا خاک و یا در داخل یا سطح خارجی گیاهان و در درون بدن و یا روی پوست حیوانات و انسانها زندگی می‌کنند. هدف از تحقیق تعیین ‏شیوع بیماری‌های باکتریایی مثل ایی کلای، سالمونلا انترتدیس، استافیلو کوکوس اورئوس، پروتئوس ولگاریس، انتروباکتر اگلومرانس‏‏، در مزارع جوجه‌های گوشتی در ارتفاعات مختلف از سطح دریا، ‏ بر اساس ارتفاع دو منطقه آب و هوایی ‏136 متر ‏ برای ناحیه گرم و 1050 متر برای ناحیه سرد در استان ایلام ‏انجام شد. بررسی این تحقیق در سال 1394 از فروردین تا اسفند ماه صورت گرفت و تشخیص بیماری‌ها، براساس تاریخچه کلینیکی، علائم بالینی و آزمون‌های آزمایشگاهی انجام شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج، نرم افزار آماری ‏21 SPSS مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج این تحقیق منجر مساعدت به ‏شناسایی مشکل بهداشتی در مزارع جوجه‌های گوشتی شد. نتیجه‌گیری کلی، تایید بیماری ‏کلی‌سپتی سمی‏ به عنوان ‏شایع‌ترین بیماری و نیز تایید باکتری اشریشیا کلی که عامل اصلی آن بود. ‏

چکیده [English]
The bacterial infection attacks to all of chickens. Poultry is infected with various diseases, including bacterial diseases. The special nature of poultry breeding, which grows in large numbers and in a dense form, makes it impossible to examine the individual situation. Some bacteria live in the air and some in the water or soil, or inside or outside the plants, and inside the body or on the skin of animals and humans. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of bacterial diseases such as E. coli, Salmonella enteretedis, Staphylococcus aureus, Proteus vulgaris, Enterobacter agglomerations, In broiler chickens at different altitudes from sea level, based on the height of two climate zones 136 m for warm zone and 1050 m for cold zone in Ilam province. The Research took effect between March and December the 2015. Diagnosis of diseases was done based on clinical history, clinical symptoms and laboratory tests. To analyze the results, SPSS 21 software was used.As a result contributions to identified sanitary problem were made. It was concluded that colisepticaemia in broiler was most prevalent disease and confirmed that the bacterium Escherichia coli is the causative agent.
