| در این تحقیق فرایندهای بوجاری، خشک کردن و درجه بندی اندازه و شکل دستگاههای مورد استفاده برای تولید بذر ذرت درچهار کارخانه تولید بذر ذرت در استان اردبیل (منطقه مغان) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و شاخصهایی نظیر تغییرات رطوبت بذرها، درصد بذرهای شکسته، درصد بذرهای ترک خورده و رطوبت محصول نهایی در فرایند خشک شدن و فرآوری بذرها بررسی شد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که در مرحله برداشت کاربرد کمباین غلات باعث بروز تلفات به صورت شکستگی و ترک در بذرها می شود. همچنین در فرایند خشک شدن بذر، تلفات زمانی و مصرف انرژی زیاد است. انبارکردن و نگهداری بذرهای خشک شده بهصورت فله روی سطوح سیمانی یا آسفالت در سوله ها نیز موجب جذب احتمالی رطوبت در آنها شده و ضمن آلودگی محیطی، حمله حشرات و آفات به بذر را تسریع میکند. هر چند که بیشترین خسارت شکستگی در بذرهای پهن و گرد ملاحظه شد اما بیشترین ترکهای ملاحظه شده در بذرها درحین فرایند مربوط به تولید و بوجاری بذرهای گرد بود. این خسارت در هر مرحله معمولاً روندی افزایشی داشته و با کاهش رطوبت بذر یک رابطه مستقیم دارد. همچنین نتیجه گیری شد که در هر کارخانه تعداد بالابرها و سرعت چرخش پیاله ها تأثیر بسیار مستقیمی بر روی خسارات فیزیکی وارد شده به بذر داشته و میتوانند تا بیش از 30 درصد بر بذر خسارات شکستگی یا ترک خوردگی را افزایش دهند. جمع بندی بررسیهای انجام شده نشان داد که در کارخانه های مورد بررسی، به طور متوسط 15 درصد از بذرها به صورت بذرشکسته وخرد شده از خط تولید خارج میشوند. همچنین حدود 30 درصد از بذرها نیز درحین فرایند دچار ترکخوردگی میشوند. نتایج نشان داد که به دلیل آسیب دیدگی احتمالی جنین یا تجمع قارچها و عوامل بیمارهای گیاهی در بذرهای ترک دار، کاربرد این گونه بذرها ریسک عدم سبز شدن و جوانهزنی بذر را افزایش داده و گاهاً منجر به عدم ظهور یا بدسبزی خواهد شد. | ||

| In this research, cleaning, drying and grading of corn seed were investigated in Ardabil provinces (Mogan zone). Beside investigation of corn seed drying and processing machineries, some items such as moisture changes of corn seeds, broken and cracked seeds studied during process steps in four seed process factories. Although the most seed breaking belong to the large and round seeds, the most cracked seeds observed in round seeds. Cracked seeds had increasing trend and direct relationship with moisture. Numbers and revolution speed of bucket elevators had direct effect on seeds physical damages. It may increase seed cracking more than 30 percent. In totality about 15 percent of seeds go out of process line as broken seeds. Besides 30 percent of seeds cracked during process. Endosperm damages increased risk of planting and cusses to lack or poor germination. | ||
