| در این تحقیق نقش تقویت الیاف روزنامه باطله در ساخت تخته‌سیمان مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. این بررسی برای اعمال دو عامل متغیر یعنی الیاف روزنامه باطله و کلرید کلسیم طراحی شده است. تخته الیاف سیمان با دانسیته 7/0 کیلوگرم بر مترمکعب با استفاده از نسبت‌های الیاف/سیمان 90:10، 15/85، 20/80 و 25/75 و کلرید کلسیم با 3% و 5% به‌عنوان شتاب‌دهنده تولید و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تخته‌ها حداقل در چهار تکرار برای هر ترکیب از متغیرها ساخته شده و خواص مکانیکی و فیزیکی آنها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری نشان داد که اثر مقدار الیاف روزنامه باطله و مقدار کلرید کلسیم در مدول گسیختگی و واکشیدگی در 24 ساعت تخته الیاف سیمان‌های تولید شده در سطح 1% معنی‌دار بوده است. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش مقدار کلریدکلسیم مقاومت به خمش استاتیک افزایش و واکشیدگی ضخامت کاهش می‌یابد. تمام خواص تخته الیاف سیمان‌ها با تغییر مقدار کلرید کلسیم از 3% به 5% بهبود یافته است. مدول گسیختگی و مدول‌الاستیسیته تخته‌ها با افزایش مقدار درصد الیاف روزنامه باطله کاهش می‌یابد و حداکثر مقدار آن در استفاده از 10% الیاف روزنامه باطله به‌دست‌آمده است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش میزان الیاف روزنامه باطله افزایش قابل‌توجهی در جذب آب و واکشیدگی الیاف در ضخامت رخ می‌دهد. افزایش میزان الیاف روزنامه باطله از 10% به 25% خواص مقئمت به خمش را کاهش و واکشیدگی ضخامتی را به میزان قابل‌توجهی افزایش می‌دهد. با بررسی نتایج به‌دست‌آمده مطلوب‌ترین شرایط هنگامی به دست می‌آید که مقدار الیاف روزنامه باطله و کلرید کلسیم به ترتیب 10% و 5% باشد. | ||

| In this study, the reinforcing effect of recycled newsprint paper (RNP) in cement boards has been investigated. The experiment was designed to apply two variable factors, RNP and calcium chloride (CaCl2). Cement-fiber boards with the density of 0.7 kg/m3 were manufactured using fiber/cement ratios of 10:90, 15:85, 20:80 and 25:75 (w/w) and 3% and 5% CaCl2 as accelerator. Minimum four boards (replications) were fabricated for each combination of variables, and the mechanical and physical properties of the boards were evaluated. The statistical analysis showed that the effect of the RNP and CaCl2 contents on modulus of rupture of cement fiber boards were significant at 1% significant level. The results showed that addition of CaCl2 enhanced the mechanical properties of the boards. All properties of the boards were improved as the CaCl2 content was increased from 3% to 5%. The modulus of rupture and modulus of elasticity of the boards decreased with addition of RNP, and the maximum values were obtained at RNP loading of 10%. The results also showed that as the fiber content was increased, significant increase in water absorption and thickness swelling occurred. Increasing RNP fiber content from 10% to 25% reduced both the mechanical and physical properties considerably. The optimum condition was obtained when the RNP and CaCl2 contents were 10% and 5%, respectively. | ||
