| محلب (Cerasus mahaleb L.) به‌دلیل پراکنش اکولوژیک محدود، تجدید حیات طبیعی ضعیف و مشکلات تکثیر نهال در معرض تهدید قرار دارد. به‌منظور یافتن شیوه‌نامه مناسب برای ریشه‌زایی و تولید نهال این گونه از طریق قلمه چوب‌سخت با تیمارهای اکسینی در دو زمان آذر و اسفند، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاٌ تصادفی در بستر شاسی گرم انجام شد. تیمارها شامل کاربرد ایندول بوتیریک اسید (IBA) با غلظت‌های صفر (شاهد)، 500، 1000، 2000، 3000، 5000 و 8000 میلی‌گرم در لیتر و نفتالین استیک اسید (NAA) با غلظت‌های صفر (شاهد)، 500، 1000، 2000، 3000، 4000 میلی‌گرم در لیتر بودند. پس از ریشه‌زایی، قلمه‌های ریشه‌دار شده به عرصه باز در جوی‌پشته‌هایی با فاصله 70 سانتی‌متر انتقال یافتند و پس از گذشت یک فصل رویش و خارج کردن پنج نهال، مشخصه‌های مورد نظر ارزیابی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که غلظت 2000 میلی‌گرم در لیتر IBA و 1000 میلی‌گرم در لیتر NAA در هر دو زمان آذر و اسفند مطلوب‌ترین تیمار از نظر مشخصه‌های مورد مطالعه (ریشه‌زایی، وزن خشک کل، سطح ریشه، سطح برگ، ارتفاع، محتوای نسبی آب برگ و کلروفیل) بود. غلظت زیاد اکسین‌ها سبب کاهش مطلوبیت کلیه مشخصه‌های مورد مطالعه شد. ریشه‌زایی و کلروفیل در تیمارهای اکسین به‌طور معنی‌داری در آذر بیشتر از اسفند بودند. در مجموع، بهترین تیمار برای ریشه‌زایی قلمه‌های خشبی محلب، هورمون IBA با غلظت 2000 میلی‌گرم در لیتر بود. | ||

| Mahaleb cherry (Cerasus mahaleb L.) is endangered duetoitslimitedecological distribution, weak natural regeneration and seedling propagation problems. In order to determine suitable methods for rooting and seedling production of C. mahaleb by hardwood cuttings with treatments of auxin in November and March, an experiment was carried out in a complete randomized design. Treatments were application of Indole Butyric Acid (IBA) at concentrations (0 as control, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000, and 8000 mg l-1) and Naphtaline Acetic Acid (NAA) at concentrations (0 as control, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000 and 4000 mg l-1). After rooting, rooted cuttings were transferred to the field condition in fure rows with 70 cm distance. After one season of growth, five seedlings were excluded of the substrate and assessed for characteristics. Results showed that concentration of 2000 mg l-1 IBA and 1000 mg l-1 NAA in both of November and March are the best treatments for the percentage of rooting, total seedling dry weight, root area, leaf area, height, relative water content, and chlorophyll characteristics. High auxins concentration caused a decrease in all the characteristics studied. Percentage of rooting and chlorophyll were significantly higher in November than to March in auxin treatments. It is concluded dipping in 2000 mg l-1 IBA is the best treatment for rooting of its hardwood cuttings. | ||
