| چکیده | ||
| مطالعه قارچ‌های اکتومایکوریز ازجمله تحقیقاتی است که میتواند بر پایداری جنگلها و نقش آنها در حفظ میزبانهای گیاهی در مقابل بیمارگرها و توسعه جنگلها در اراضی فقیر، نقش مؤثر داشته باشد. بنابراین این تحقیق با هدف جمعآوری و شناسایی قارچ‌های اکتومیکوریز در راشستانهای استان مازندران و گیلان و نیز بررسی تراکم و تنوع قارچی موجود بین سایتهای انتخاب شده در دو منطقه (سایت) "راشستان سالم" و " راشستان تخریبیافته" استان مازندران و گیلان انجام گردید. نمونه‌برداری در سه قطعه نمونه یک هکتاری در هر کدام از راشستان‌ها در سه مرحله تحولی اولیه، بلوغ و تخریب انجام شد. با توجه به تنوع قارچها، برای تشخیص و نگهداری، نمونهها با روشهای متفاوت به آزمایشگاه منتقل شدند. در نهایت 29 جنس و 30 گونه از شاخه بازیدیومیکوتا و آسکومیکوتا شناسایی شدهاند. از این تعداد 7 گونه اکتومیکوریز تشخیص داده شد. | Ectomycorrhizal fungi have an effect on forests stability and preserving trees against phytopathogens. The aim of this research was to collect, identify and compare ectomycorrhizalfungi associated with beech forests in two selected sites include healthy and degraded ecosystems of Mazandaran and Gilan provinces. Sampling procedures was conducted in three one hectare sample plots of different stages of vegetation development (early, optimal and degraded) in Caspian beech forests. Due to the diversity of the fungi and their specific characters, samples were transferred to laboratory appropriately. Overall, 29 genus and 30 species were identified of which 7 species accounted as ectomycorrhizae.
