| مریم نخودی گیاهی است از خانواده نعناعیان و کاربرد وسیعی در صنعت داروسازی دارد. تنوع ژنتیکی 17 اکوتیپ مریم نخودی جمعآوری شده از سراسر استان کرمانشاه با استفاده از نشانگر مولکولی ISSR مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. از 15 آغازگر ISSR استفاده شد که از میان آنها 12 عدد دارای نوارهای قابل امتیازدهی بودند. آغازگرهای ISSR در مجموع توانستند 82 نوار تولید کنند، که 80 باند چند شکل مشاهده شد. میانگین تعداد نوار تولید شده توسط هر آغازگر برای 17 اکوتیپ برابر 83/6 بود. آغازگر IS6 بیشترین تعداد نوار (12 نوار) و آغازگر IS3 کمترین تعداد نوار (4 نوار) را نشان دادند. نشانگر ISSR در بین اکوتیپها چندشکلی مطلوبی نشان داد و تمام آغازگرها برای بررسیهای گونه مریم نخودی مناسب بودند. نتایج نشان داد که اکوتیپ 1G (صحنه) بیشترین فاصله ژنتیکی را با اکوتیپهای 12 G(صحنه)، 7 G(گیلان غرب)، 13G (ثلاث) و 8G (دالاهو) داشت. گروهبندی حاصل از تجزیه خوشهای نشان داد که اکوتیپها در چهار گروه قرار گرفته و تنوع ژنتیکی با تنوع جغرافیایی تطابق نداشت. همچنین نتایج حاصل از گروهبندی با استفاده از تجزیه واریانس مولکولی (AMOVA) و تجزیه به مختصات اصلی (PCo) تأیید شد. | ||

| Golden germander (Teucrium polium L.) is an important medicinal plant of the Labiatae family. Genetic variability was studied on 17 ecotypes of Teucrium polium collected from Kermanshah, Iran, based on ISSR molecular markers. Twelve ISSR primers out of 15 primers could be scored. ISSR primers produced 82 bands, of which polymorphism was observed on 80 bands. Average number of bands was 6.83 for each primer. Primer IS6 showed the highest number of bands (12 bands) and IS3 showed the lowest number of bands (4 bands). The results indicated that ecotype G1 had the most genetic distance with G12, G7, G13 and G8. Based on cluster analysis the ecotypes were grouped into four clusters. Genetic diversity of ecotypes did not match with the geographical diversity of the ecotypes. Also results of grouping by analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) and coordinate analysis (PCo) were confirmed. | ||
