| چکیده | ||
| این تحقیق به منظور بررسی میزان حجم سرپا و تأثیر آمیختگی گونه‌ها و تیپ جنگل در میزان ترسیب کربن خاک در حوزه آبخیز 45 جنگلهای شمال کشور صورت گرفته است. در این تحقیق برای نمونه‌برداری خاک در هر طرح جنگل‌داری یک پروفیل به‌عنوان شاهد حفر و در تیپهای شناخته شده هر طرح (بر اساس کتابچه طرح موجود) نمونه برداری بوسیله اگر انجام شد که با توجه به متغیر بودن تیپهای جنگلی در هر سری، در کل عرصه مورد تحقیق 11 نمونه خاک با حفر پروفیل و 288 نمونه تهیه گردید. نمونه‌های خاک بعد از خشک شدن به آزمایشگاه ارسال گردید. اندازه‌گیری کربن در افق‌های معدنی خاک با استفاده از روش والکی- بلاک انجام شد و برای برآورد کربن در افق‌های هوموسی خاک از روش احتراق یا سوزاندن در کوره با400 درجه استفاده گردید. نتایج بدست آمده از برآورد میزان ترسیب کربن در طرح‌های مختلف جنگل‌داری نشان داد که اختلاف قابل توجهی در میزان ترسیب کربن بین طرح جنگل‌داری دلدره و توسکاچال وجود دارد. بیش از 283 تن در هکتار ترسیب کربن در طرح جنگل‌داری دلدره، نشان‌دهنده فعال بودن این اکوسیستم جنگلی است. این طرح جنگل‌داری با 312 مترمکعب حجم در هکتار در مقایسه با سایر طرح‌های جنگل‌داری مورد مطالعه، دارای بیشترین موجودی حجمی است. تأثیر حجم در هکتار جنگل رابطه مستقیم با میزان بیوماس جنگل داشته و در نتیجه به افزایش ذخیره کربن خاک کمک می‌نماید. تنوع در ترکیب و آمیختگی گونه‌ها منتج به تشکیل تیپهای مختلف در طرح جنگل‌داری دلدره شده و آن را از سایر طرح‌ها متمایز نموده که این موضوع نیز یکی از عوامل مهم در افزایش ظرفیت ذخیره کربن در افق‌های معدنی خاک می‌باشد. از دیگر نتایج این مطالعه حد میزان نمونه برداری در افق‌های معدنی خاک برای سنجش ترسیب کربن است که در جنگلهای منطقه مورد مطالعه تا عمق 50 سانتیمتری خاک کفایت می نماید، زیرا اختلاف معنی‌داری بین عمق 50 تا100 سانتیمتری خاک از نظر میزان ذخیره کربن در یازده طرح جنگل‌داری مورد مطالعه مشاهده نشد. | ||

| This research was aimed to studying the stocking volume and effects of species mixture and forest type on carbon sequestration in watershed No. 45 of Hyrcanian forest. In order to take soil samples, one soil profile was dug in each district as control profile, and then soil sampling was done in recognized forest types by Auger. Due to varying forest type in each district, a total of 11 soil profiles were dug and 288 samples were taken by auger. Soil samples were delivered to soil lab after being dried. Walcky-Black procedure was used for carbon measurement in mineral horizons and in order to evaluate the carbon in humus horizons, burning in oven with 400Oc was applied. The results showed that there is significant difference between Deldareh and Tooskachal districts in term of the amount of carbon sequestration. Over 283 ton/ha carbon sequestration in Deldareh shows that this forest ecosystem is active. Compared to other districts, Deldareh with 312 m3/ha has the highest stocking volume. There is a direct relationship between volume per hectare and forest biomass, contributing more carbon storage. Species composition and mixture in different types in Deldareh distinguish this district from others, which is an important factor of increasing carbon storage potential in mineral horizons. Determining the depth of sampling in mineral layers for quantifying carbon sequestration is another result in this study. As there was not significant difference between 50 to100 cm depths in amount of carbon sequestration in the 11 samples of this study, one can conclude that study of carbon in depth of 50 cm could be sufficient. | ||
