| چکیده | ||
| در این تحقیق پخت مونو اتانول آمین با غلظت 15%، به همراه افزودنی هیدروکسید پتاسیم در 4 نسبت و پخت هیدروکسید پتاسیم با قلیائیت 14%، به همراه افزودنی مونو اتانول آمین در 4 غلظت، جهت ساخت خمیر کاغذ از کلش برنج استفاده شده است. ترکیب سولفیت پتاسیم/ هیدروکسید پتاسیم وسولفیت سدیم/ هیدروکسید سدیم در نسبت های 50/50 و تیمار هیدروکسید سدیم در قلیاییت 14%، به عنوان تیمارهای شاهد انتخاب گردیدند. براساس نتایج بدست آمده، خمیر کاغذ تولید شده با مونو اتانول آمین (15%)، دارای بیشترین بازده کل و بیشترین عدد کاپا میباشد. با استفاده از هیدروکسید پتاسیم به عنوان عامل افزودنی در پخت های مونو اتانول آمین، مقدار وازده، بازده کل و عدد کاپا کاهش مییابد بطوریکه، کمترین بازده و کمترین عدد کاپا مربوط به تیمار مونو اتانول آمین(15%) در ترکیب با هیدروکسید پتاسیم (40%) میباشد. در تیمار هیدروکسید پتاسیم (14%)، مشاهده شد که با افزایش غلظت مونو اتانول آمین به عنوان عامل افزودنی، میزان بازده کل افزایش و میزان وازده و عدد کاپا کاهش مییابد. بیشترین شاخص کشش و بیشترین شاخص پارگی مربوط به تیمار مونو اتانول آمین (15%) در ترکیب با هیدروکسید پتاسیم (20%) و بیشترین شاخص ترکیدن مربوط به سولفیت سدیم/ هیدروکسید سدیم میباشد. بیشترین میزان درجه روشنی مربوط به سولفیت پتاسیم/ هیدروکسید پتاسیم و بیشترین میزان ماتی مربوط به هیدروکسید پتاسیم 14%، میباشد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان میدهد که فرآیند مونو اتانول آمین در ترکیب با هیدروکسید پتاسیم می‌تواند به صورت موفقیت آمیزی بر روی کلش برنج اجرا شود و ویژگی های خمیر کاعذ های تولیدی به ویژه از نظر مقاومت های مکانیکی، در حالت ترکیبی، برتر از فرآیند سودا و فرایند هیدروکسید پتاسیم به تنهائی می باشند. | ||

| In this research, rice straw was used as raw material. Potassium hydroxide was combined with monoethanolamine (MEA) as liquor. In another processes NaOH/Na2So3, KOH/K2So3 and KOH 14% was used as references pulp. The results showed that using pure MEA(15%) produced the highest yield and the highest kappa number. By using potassium hydroxide as a additive agent in MEA pulping, the amount of reject, yield and kappa number was decreased and the lowest yield and the lowest kappa number relevant to MEA(15%) combined with KOH (40%). In addition, in KOH pulping observed that, with increasing concentration of MEA, as additive agent, the amount of total yield increased but the kappa number and reject content was decreased. Results showed that the highest tensile index and tear index were relevant to MEA (15%) combined with KOH (20%) and the highest burs index relevant to NaOH/Na2SO3 treatment. According to the optical properties, it was found that the highest brightness was achieved in K2SO3/KOH. The highest opacity relevant to the KOH14% . The result shows that MEA process in combined with Potassium hydroxide can be done success fully on rice straw and properties of pulp production, specially in aspect of mechanical strength, in term of combination is superior than soda and Potassium hydroxide process | ||
