تاثیر زمان و میزان کاربرد علفکش ها در کنترل جو دره (Hordeum spontaneum) در مزارع گندم فارس | ||

| چکیده این آزمایش طی دو سال ) 89 – 1387( به منظور تعیین مرحله مناسب سمپاشی جو دره در زراعت گندم اجرا شد. آزمایش با 9 تیمار و 4 تکرار در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در اراضی مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی فارس (زرقان) انجام گردید. تیمارها شامل علفکش‌های سولفوسولفورون 75% (آپیروس) و سولفوسولفورون 75% + مت سولفورون متیل 25% (توتال(، در مراحل سه برگی و تشکیل گره دوم در جودره بود. اندازه کرت‌ها 5 × 6 متر و در مجاورت هر کرت تیمار یک کرت شاهد با علف هرز احداث شد. تجزیه واریانس مرکب طی دو سال نشان داد که اثر سال و تاثیر متقابل سال و تیمار معنی دار نبود. داده‌های حاصل از اندازه‌گیری شاخص‌های مختلف مانند ارتفاع و تعداد بوته جودره، ارزیابی نظری هفتگی و عملکرد محصول دارای اختلاف آماری معنی دار در سطح 1% بود. مقایسه میانگین ها در دو سال آزمایش نشان داد که تیمارهای آپیروس 30 گرم در هکتار و توتال به میزان 45 گرم در هکتار در گره دوم جو دره در گروه برتر قرار گرفتند. کاربرد آپیروس و توتال در مرحله سه برگی به دلیل رشد مجدد جو دره کارایی لازم را نداشت. در مجموع در این آزمایش علفکش توتال نسبت به آپیروس برتر بود. | ||

| An experiment were conducted to find out the proper herbicide and stage of wild barley (Hordeum spontaneum) for chemical control during two years (2009 -2011). Trial was conducted by 9 treatments and 4 replications under RCBD in Fars Agricultural Research Center (Zarghan). Treatments included sulfosulfuron (Apyros 75 WG) and sulfosulfuron 75% + metsulfuron-methyl 25% (Total) at different phenological stages of wild barley (Three leaves unfolded and second node detectable). Plot size was 5 × 6 m. Untreated plots were arranged close to each treated plots. Analysis of variance showed significant difference among treatments, while effects of year and year ´ treatment were not significantly different. Mean comparison remarked that Apyros 30g/h and Total 45g/h at Zadoks: 32 ranked first. The most sensitive stage of wild barley was the second node detectable which responsed effectively to herbicides. Wild barley did not response effectively to herbicides in early phenological stages (Zadoks:13). It was recovered during growing season. | ||
