| چکیده | ||
| این آزمایش به منظور انتخاب ومعرفی صفات مناسب برای شناسایی ارقام مختلف گندم دوروم از یکدیگر درفرایند ثبت و گواهی بذر انجام شد. بدین منظور هشت رقم گندم دوروم رایج در ایران با استفاده از صفات مورفولوژیک مندرج در دستورالعمل آزمون های تمایز،یکنواختی وپایداری (DUS)1اتحادیه بینالمللی حمایت از ارقام جدیدگیاهی (UPOV)2مورد مطالعه قرارگرفت. هشت رقم گندم دوروم به نامهای آریا، بهرنگ، دنا، دهدشت، ساجی، سیمره،کرخه، یاواروس درقالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 3تکرار در سال زراعی 90-91در مزرعه موسسه تحقیقات ثبت و گواهی بذر و نهال کرج مورد مطالعه و ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. تعداد 29صفت کمی و کیفی آزمونهای تمایز، یکنواختی و پایداری در گندم دوروم مشاهده، اندازه گیری و ثبت گردیدند. بهمنظور بررسی بیشتر تمایز ارقام با استفاده از صفات کمی، تجزیه واریانس و مقایسه میانگین با آزمون حداقل تفاوت معنی دار ) (LSDو تجزیه کلاستر دادهها انجام شد. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که ارقام مورد بررسی از نظر پنج صفت کمی ارتفاع بوته، طول سنبله، طول ریشک در نوک سنبله، مقطع عرضی ساقه و تراکم سنبله دارای تفاوت معنی داری در سطح احتمال 1درصد بودند. نتایج به دست آمده از مقایسه دو به دوی موجود بین 8رقم ) 28جفت مقایسه( در سطح معنیدار 1درصد نشان داد که صفات ارتفاع بوته، طول ریشک در نوک سنبله ، تراکم سنبله و طول سنبله یک جفت رقم )در مجموع 25جفت( را از یکدیگر تفکیک نمودند. در حالی که اینصفات در سطح معنیدار 5درصد به ترتیب بیست، پنج، دو و یک جفت رقم )تمام ارقام( را از یکدیگر تفکیک نمودند. تجزیه کلاستر صفات کمی نیز ارقام را در خوشه های مختلف قرار داده و آنها را ازیکدیگر متمایز نمودند. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده در این آزمایش بهطور کلی صفات ارتفاع بوته و طول ریشک در نوک سنبله از مهمترین صفات برای شناسایی وتمایزارقام دوروم ازیکدیگر بودند | ||

| Effect of various temperatures on germination behavior of Thymus daenensis (Elam ecotype) | ||

| Thymus daenensisis endemic medicinal plant of Iran and belong to Lamiaceae family.In this study germination behavior of Elamecotype of Thymus daenensis subsp. daenensis under various temperatures was studied. Seeds were exposed to nine constant temperatures ranging from 3°C to 40°C. Analysis of variance revealed clear differences in temperature requirements for seed germination in the ecotype. To determine cardinal temperature, Germination rate-temperature relationship was considered. Two regression models; Intersected lines and Plateau were used to describe these relationships.The result was evaluated through regression coefficient (R2) and root mean square error (RMSE). The comparison results showed that the best model was plateau model. The based temperature was predicted 1.4°C, the optimum germination rate were within the ranges of 20°Cto 24.7°C and ceiling temperature 39.68°C in this ecotype.Temperature had a significant effect on germination indices such as coefficient uniformity germination, germination index, daily germination speed, mean germination timemeangermination daily and etc. Result in the present study reveals that Elam ecotype was adapted to lower temperatures in order to avoid summer drought and to benefit winter humidity. | ||
