بررسی ظهور گیاهچه بذرهای حاصل از دو تاریخ کاشت پاییزه و بهاره )Brassica napus L.( کلزا ار | ||

| چکیده | ||
| جهت بررسی درصد ظهور گیاهچه و برخی شاخص های مرتبط با قابلیت ظهور گیاهچه 12رقم کلزا، دو آزمایشمزرعه ای در سال های 85-1384 انجام شد. در سال نخست بذرهای 12رقم کلزای بهاره در مزرعه تحقیقاتی مؤسسه تحقیقات اصلاح و تهیه نهال و بذر کرج، در دو تاریخ کاشت پاییز(14 مهرماه) و بهار (11 اسفند) کشت شدند. در سال دوم به منظور بررسی قابلیت ظهور گیاهچه بذرهای حاصلاز دو تاریخ کاشت گیاه مادری در سال نخست، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل، در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه تهران دارای خاک لومی رسی، انجام گرفت. بعد از آبیاری به مدت 20 روز تعداد گیاهچه های ظاهر شده به صورت روزانه شمارش گردیدندو با استفاده از روابط موجود، برخی صفات مربوط به قابلیت ظهور گیاهچهارقام مورد بررسی تعیین گردید. نتایج نشان داد که اثر تاریخ کاشت گیاه مادری و اثر رقم بر تمامی صفات شامل وزن هزار بذر، درجه روز رشد دریافتی در دوران پر شدن بذر، درصد ظهور گیاهچه در مزرعه، متوسط زمان لازم برای ظهور گیاهچه، متوسط ظهور روزانه گیاهچه، سرعت ظهور گیاهچهو سرعت ظهور روزانهگیاهچه معنی دار بود. همچنین اثر متقابل تاریخ کاشت گیاه مادری و رقم نیز بر درصد ظهور گیاهچه، متوسط ظهور روزانه گیاهچه، سرعتظهور گیاهچه و سرعت ظهور روزانه گیاهچه معنی دار گردید. بذرهای تولیدی از کشت پاییزه گیاه مادری در مورد اکثر ارقام با توجه به رسیدگی کامل تر به دلیل درجه روز رشد دریافتی بیشتر در دوران پرشدن بذر، از نظر درصد ظهور گیاهچه، متوسط ظهور روزانهگیاهچهو سایر شاخص های مهم در قابلیت ظهور گیاهچه نسبت به بذرهای تولید شده در کشت بهاره گیاه مادری برتری داشتند. در بین ارقام نیز رقم RG405/02با داشتن وزن هزار بذر بالا و درجه روز رشد دریافتی بیشتر در دوران پر شدن بذر، توانست از نظر بسیاری ازشاخص های اندازه گیری شده نسبت به سایر رقم ها برتری داشته باشد. در این تحقیق مشخص شد که با افزایش درجه روز رشد دریافتی در دوران پرشدن بذر و وزن هزار بذر و قابلیت ظهور بذر ارقام مورد بررسی کلزا در مزرعه افزایش می یابند. | ||
