متوسط زمان جوانه زنی به عنوان شاخص بنیه بذرهای برخی هیبریدها و لاین اینبرد (Zea mays L.)ذرت | ||

| چکیده | ||
| به منظور تعیین رابطه بین متوسط زمان جوانه زنی و بنیه بذر در هیبریدها و لاین های ذرت، آزمایشی در آزمایشگاه تحقیقـات عـالی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در پاییز 1387 انجام گرفت. بدین منظور آزمایش جوانه زنی روی شش هیبریـد و لایـن ذرت شامل لاین اینبرد B73 و چند دورگ سینگلکـراس (SC700), (OSSK713) ,(KSC400) ,(SC704) ,(DC370 (بـا چهـار تکـرار شامل 25 بذر از هر رقم در هر تکرار در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی به روش بین کاغذ (BP (به مدت 8 روز و در دمـای روز 24 و شـب 19 درجه سانتیگراد اجرا و شمارش روزانه بذرهای جوانه زده انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که هیبریدها و لایناینبرد ذرت دارای درصد جوانه- زنی بین 86 تا 96 درصد بودند که این اختلاف معنی دار نبود. همچنین هیبرید دابلکراس DC370 نسبت به بقیه هیبریدها و لایناینبرد به - طــور معنیداری کمترین تعداد گیاهچههای عادی (60 درصد) دارا بود و در بین هیبریدها و لاین اینبرد بیشترین طولگیاهچه مربوطبـه دورگ سینکل کراسOSSK713 با 7/20 سانتیمتر و کمترین آن مربوط به دورگ دابلکراس DC370 با 7/16 سـانتی متـر بـود . لایـن اینبرد B73 با متوسط زمان جوانه زنی(MGT (9/3 روز و بیشترین ضریب تغییرات (CV (طول گیاهچه نسبت به هیبریدها بهطور معنیدار دارای متوسط زمان جوانهزنی MGT بالاتری (بنیه ضعیف تر) بود. رابطه رگرسیونیمنفی ( 84/0 = -r ( بین درصد جوانهزنـی و متوسـط زمان جوانه زنی(MGT (وجود داشت و با افزایش متوسط زمان جوانه زنی(MGT (درصد جوانـه زنـی کـاهش یافـت . از طـرف دی گـر بـا افزایش متوسط زمان جوانهزنی(MGT ، (ضریب تغییرات(CV (طول گیاهچه نیز افزایش یافت، یعنی یکنواختی طول گیاهچه ها کـاهش یافت. همچنین وجود رابطه مثبت بین متوسط زمان جوانهزنی(MGT (و ضریب تغییرات (CV (طول گیاهچهها نشـان داد کـه هیبریـدها و لاین اینبرد دارای متوسط زمان جوانه زنی(MGT (بالاتر (جوانه زنی کندتر) از یکنواختی کمتری از نظر طول گیاهچه ها بودنـد . بنـابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت که از متوسط زمان جوانه زنی(MGT (میتوان به عنوان شاخصی جهت ارزیابی بنیه بذر ذرت استفاده نمود. | ||

| To determine relationship between mean germination time (MGT) and seed vigour in maize Hybrids and liness an experiment was conducted in the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ferdowsi in year 2008. Germination test was carried out utilizing six maize Hybrids and liness (DC370, SC704, KSC400, OSSK713, SC700, B73) in a randomized completely design with four replicates of 25 seeds per replication at 24anddeg;C. Results indicated germination of Hybrids and liness ranged from 86 to 96 percentages. DC370 Hybrids and lines had significantly the lowest normal seedlings (60%) and the lowest seedlings length (16.7 cm) while OSSK713 had the highest seedlings length (20.7 cm). MGT of B73 Hybrids and lines was the highest (3.9 days) and its coefficient variation (CV) of seedling length was significantly the greatest (6.58%) (low seed vigour). Significantly negative correlation between MGT and germination percentage (r = -0.84) was found while positive correlation between MGT with CV of seedling length was shown, that means a larger variation on seedling length in Hybrids and liness with slow germination rate (higher MGT). Therefore, it was concluded that MGT is a good indicator to assess the maize seed vigour. | ||
