| چکیده | ||
| به منظور بررسی اثر میزان رطوبت بذر در هنگام برداشت بر قابلیت جوانهزنی دو رقم کلزا، پژوهشـی در منطقـه دزفـول اجـرا گردیـد . بدین منظور نمونه بذرها از مزارع تولید بذر ارقام هایولا 401 و هـایولا 308 بـا رطوبـت هـای 35 ،25 ،15 و 10 درصـد در منطقـه دزفـول برداشت گردید و در آزمایشگاه تجزیه کیفی بذر مؤسسه تحقیقات ثبت و گواهی بذر و نهال در کرج با اجرای آزمون جوانهزنی استاندارد شاخصهای درصد جوانهزنی اولیه و نهایی (قابلیت جوانهزنی) و سرعت جوانهزنی روزانه اندازهگیری شدند. دادههای حاصل با استفاده از آزمایش عاملی (فاکتوریل) 4×2 بر مبنای طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی تجزیه مرکب گردید. نتـایج تجزیـه و تحلیـل آمـاری داده هـا مشـخص ساخت که جوانهزنی اولیه و نهایی تحت تأثیر اثر متقابل رقم × رطوبت هنگام برداشت × سال و سرعت جوانه زنی روزانه نیز تحت تأثیر اثر متقابل رقم × رطوبت هنگام برداشت قرار گرفتند. بالاترین درصد جوانهزنی اولیه و نهایی برای هر دو رقم در رطوبت 15 درصد بـ هدسـت آمد. همچنین میانگینهای بیشترین سرعت جوانهزنی روزانه نیز در رطوبت10 و 15 درصد حاصل شد و در یک گروه آماری قرارگرفتند. بین دو رقم نیز، درصد جوانهزنی اولیه و نهایی رقم هایولا 401 نسبت به هایولا 308 بیشتر بود. بهطورکلی باتوجه بـه نتـایج حاصـل از ایـن پژوهش مشخص گردید که کیفیت بذر و جنبه های مختلف آن تحت تأثیر شـرایط محـیط محـل اجـرای آزمـایش قـرار گرفتـه و درصـد جوانه زنی بذرهای حاصله با رطوبت 15 درصد بیشتر از سایر رطوبتها بود. | ||

| In order to evaluation of moisture content at harvesting of two Oilseed Rape(Brassica napus L.) a study was conducted in 2007- 2009 in Dezfoul region. Therefore, samples of Hyola 401 and Hyola 308 seeds at 10, 15, 25 and 35% moisture content at harvest were taken from the field in Dezfoul and tested at the seed analysis laboratory. Some seed quality indices like primary and final germination percentage (seed viability) and daily germination speed (DGS) were measured. Data obtained using a 2andtimes;4 factorial experimental based on a completely randomized design with three replications, combined analysis revealed that primary and final germination percentage affected by cultivar andtimes; seed moisture content andtimes; year interaction and daily germination speed affected by cultivar andtimes; seed moisture content interaction. The highest primary and final germination at 15% seed moisture content and and daily germination speed in seeds with 10 and 15% moisture content was more than seeds with 25 and 35% moisture content. In addition, primary and final germination percentage of Hyola 401 was higher than Hyola 308. These results revealed that seed quality was affected by environmental factors and seeds harvested at 15% moisture content showed the highest quality. | ||
