| چکیده | ||
| این آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثر بسته بندی های متفاوت بر بنیه بذر ارقام کلزای تولید و انبار شده در استان قم اجرا شـد . ارقـام مـورد بررسی شامل RGS ،طلائیه و اکاپی و انواع لفاف های بسته بندی بذر مورد استفاده پاکت کاغذی سه لایه و 4 لایه، کیسه پروپیلنی، پاکت کاغذی+پروپیلنی و کیسه کنفی بودند که به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی بـا سـه تکرارمـورد بررسـی قـرار گرفت. پاکت ها و کیسه های محتوی بذر در انبار مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان قم به مدت یـک سـال انبـار شـدند و در انتهای دوره انبارداری از هر تیمار و تکرار نمونه برداری استاندارد به عمل آمد. سپس قابلیت جوانه زنی بذرها با اجرای آزمون جوانه زنی استاندارد آزمایش شد و همچنین جهت بررسی بنیه بذر آزمون های هدایت الکتریکی، آزمون سرما، پیری تسریع شده انجام گرفت. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد ارقام مورد بررسی از لحاظ صفات مطالعه شده تفاوت معنی داری نداشتند ولی نگهداری بـذرها در پاکـت هـا و کیسه های مختلف تأثیر معنی داری بر قابلیت جوانه زنی در آزمون جوانه زنی استاندارد بذر داشته به طوری که بذرهای درون پاکت های کاغذی چهار و سه لایه بالاترین و بذرهای درون کیسه پروپیلنی و پاکت کاغذی+پروپیلنی کمترین قابلیـــ ت جوانـــ ه زنـ ـی در آزمـــ ون جوانهزنی استاندارد داشتند. همچنین نتایج بیانگر این بود که لفاف های مختلف نگهداری بذر بـر متوسـط زمـان لازم بـرای جوانـه زنـی، هدایت الکتریکی و قابلیت جوانه زنی بذرها پس از آزمون سرما و پیری تسریع شده اثر معنی دار داشت. مقایسه میانگین هـا نیـز نشـان داد بذرهای بسته بندی شده در پاکت های کاغذی سه لایه و چهار از بنیه بالاتری برخوردار بودند و این در حالی بودکه کیسههای پروپیلنی و پاکت های کاغذی +پروپیلنی اثرات تخریبی بیشتر بر بنیه بذر داشتند. از آنجایی که در انبار محل آزمایش در برخی از ماه های سال دما به 45 درجه سانتی گراد بالای صفر و رطوبت نسبی هوا به 85 درصد افزایش یافت و با توجه به این که دماهـای بـالا سـبب افـزایش سـرعت وقوع برخی از واکنش های هیدرولیتیکی می شود و زوال بذر را تسریع می کند، لذا تأثیر دما در کیسه های پروپیلنی و کاغذی + پروپیلنی بیشتر بوده و استفاده از پاکت های سه یا چهار لایه کاغذی مناسب بوده است. | ||

| Effect of different packaging type on seed vigor of three rapeseed(Brassica napus L.) cultivars stored in Ghome province | ||

| This experiment was conducted to study the effect of different packages on oil rapeseed varieties produced in Qom province. The studied cultivars were RGS, Talaieh and Okapi and packaging cover types were three andndash;layer paper bag ,4-layer paper bag , propylene bag,propylene+paper and flaxen bag which was studied using factorial experiment on the basis of randomized complete block design in 3 replications. The seed containing bags were stored in the ware house of agricultural and natural resources center of Qom province for 1 year and standard sampling of each treatment and replication was done at the end of the storage period then seeds germination was tested. Also electrical conductivity test ,average time for germination cold test and accelerated aging test have been conducted for estimating seed vigor. The results showed no significant difference between cultivars and cultivars reaction to the exerted treatments was the same, but seeds storage in the various bags had a significant effect on seed vigor as seeds in four layer and three layer paper bags had the most vigor and seeds in propylene bags and paper propylene bag had the least vigour.Also the results showed that various seed storing covers have significant effect on the average time of seeds germination ,electrical conductivity and vigor after cold test and accelerated aging test and in all cases three and four layer paper bags showed the best resulting. However propylene and paper propylene bags had more deteriorating effect on seed quality. Since in the warehouse the temperature had increased up to 45anddeg;c and air relative humidity up to 85% in some months of the year, and with considering that high temperature may accelerate the incidence of some hydraulic reactions and either seed deterioration, so the temperature has more effect on propylene and propylene paper bags. | ||
