| این تحقیق به منظور بررسی تیمارهای شکست خواب بذرکرفس کوهی (odoratissma Kelussia (در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی در پنج تکرار در سال 1391 در موسسه تحقیقات جنگل ها و مراتع ایران انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش عبارت بودند از سرمادهی( دمای 4 درجه سانتیگراد بالای صفر به مدت 4 ،6 ،8 و 10هفته)، اسید جیبرلیک (محلول 250 ،500 و 1000 پی پی ام) و ترکیب تیمارهای سرما و اسید جیبرلیک (محلول 500 پی پی ام اسید جیبرلیک توام با دمای 4 درجه سانتیگراد بالای صفر به مدت 4 ،6 ،8 و 10هفته). نتایج نشان داد جوانه زنی و رشد گیاهچه کرفس کوهی تحت تاثیر تیمارهای شکست خواب بذر قرار گرفت (01.0 اسید جیبرلیک (% 86 و% 88 (مشاهده شد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد بیشترین طول ساقه چه و ریشه چه کرفس کوهی پس از 40 روز نیز تحت تاثیر این دو تیماربه دست آمد. بیشترین فعالیت آنزیم آلفا آمیلاز بذر کرفس کوهی تحت تاثیر تیمارهای تحت تاثیر تیمارهای 8 و 10 هفته سرمادهی توام با محلول 500 پی پی ام اسید جیبرلیک (به ترتیب 2/14 نانومول بر بذر بر دقیقه و 8/13 نانومول بر بذر بر دقیقه) مشاهده شد. تیمار های 8 و 10 هفته سرمادهی توام با محلول 500 پی پی ام اسید جیبرلیک بهترین تیمار جهت تحریک جوانه زنی و رشد اولیه گیاهچه کرفس کوهی در این آزمایش بود. | ||

| In order to survey the effects of dormancy-breaking methods on Kelussia odoratissmaseeds a completely randomized design was implemented at five replications in Research Institute of Forest and Rangelands, 2010. Treatments were: seed stratification (4°C for 4, 6, 8 and 10 weeks), socking in gibberllic acid (250, 500 and 1000 ppm solutionfor 12 hr) and seed stratification and gibberllic acid combination (500 ppm +4°C for 4,6,8 and 10 weeks). Results showed significant differences among treatments (pKelussia odoratissma α-amylase activity obtained of 500 ppm +4°C for 8 and 10weeks (14.2 and 13.8 nm seed-1 min-2). Results indicated Kelussia odoratissma seed treatment with 500 ppm +4°C for 8 and 10weeks was the best treatment for induction Kelussia odoratissma seed germination | ||
