| چکیده | ||
| تحقیق حاضر به منظور ارزیابی برخی مدلهای رگرسیونی غیرخطی برای تخمین دماهای کاردینال گونههای دارویی مهم جنس مریمگلی (hypoleuca. S ،nemorosa. S و macrosiphon Saivia (اجرا شد. آزمایش بصورت فاکتوریل با چهار تکرار در آزمایشگاه کشت و توسعه پژوهشکده گیاهان دارویی جهاد دانشگاهی، در سال 1392 انجام شد. در این آزمایش بذور تحت تاثیر شش تیمار دمایی (10 ،16 ،20 ،24 ،28 و 32 درجه سانتیگراد) قرار گرفتند و سرعت جوانهزنی بذور محاسبه گردید. برای بررسی و پیشبینی سرعت جوانهزنی نسبت به دما از مدلهای دندان مانند، دوتکهای و بتا استفاده گردید. برای 1 انتخاب مدل برتر از معیارهای ریشه دوم میانگینهای خطا (RMSE( ،شاخص آکائیک تصحیح شده (AICc (و ضریب تبیین R ) 2 adj ( بین ساعت تا جوانهزنی مشاهده شده و پیشبینی شده، استفاده شد. بر این اساس، در گونههای مریمگلی مورد بررسی، مدلهای دو تکهای ودندان مانند نسبت به مدل دیگر سرعت جوانهزنی نسبت به دما را بهتر توصیف کردند. بطور کلی دمای پایه، دمای مطلوب و دمای سقف با توجه به مدل برتر (دوتکهای) برای، گونه nemorosa. S به ترتیب 58/7 ،66/25 و 25/31 درجه سانتیگراد، برای گونه macrosiphon. S ،به ترتیب، 22/7 ،45/26 و 9/29 درجه سانتیگراد محاسبه شد و برای گونه hypoleuca. S ،طبق مدل برتر (دندانمانند)، دمای پایه، دمای مطلوب فوقانی، دمای مطلوب تحتانی و دمای سقف به ترتیب 77/7 ،66/18 ،76/27 و 32 درجه سانتیگراد تخمین زدهشد. باتوجه به نتایج میتوان برای کمیسازی واکنش سرعت جوانه زنی این گونهها از مدلهای پیشنهادی استفاده کرد | ||

| Evaluating of an appropriate model is critical for quantifying the response of germination rate to temperature and determination of cardinal temperatures. This study was conducted to evaluate different nonlinear regression models to describe response of germination rate to temperature in Salvia species. The regression models were dent-like, segmented and beta. Root mean squareof error, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient and regression of predicted values versus observed ones were used to find the appropriate model(s). Dent-like and segment models were superior compared to the Beta model in Salvia species. It was concluded that these models can be used to quantify response of Salvia species germination to temperature and to obtain cardinal temperature of germination. These parameters are required to predict Salvia species germination and emergence. | ||
