| آنتمیس متعلق به تیره کاسنی و دارای 23 گونه بومی و یک‌ساله در ایران است که گل‌ها و دیگر اندام هوایی آنها حاوی اسانس و دارای ارزش دارویی می‌باشد. برای بررسی بازده و تعیین نوع ترکیب‌های اسانس اندام‌های هوایی بابونه شیرازی (Anthemis pseudocotula Boiss.)، بذر آن از مراوه‌تپه گلستان جمع‌آوری و در مزرعه گیاهان دارویی ایستگاه تحقیقاتی البرز در شرایط آبی کشت شد. در مرحله گلدهی کامل، نمونه‌های لازم از اندام‌های گل، برگ، ساقه و سرشاخه گلدار تهیه شد. نمونه‌ها پس از خشک شدن با جریان هوا با استفاده از روش تقطیر با آب اسانس‌گیری شدند. به‌منظور شناسایی و جداسازی ترکیب‌های تشکیل‌دهنده اسانس از دستگاه کروماتوگرافی گازی و کروماتوگرافی گازی متصل به طیف‌سنج جرمی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بازده اسانس گل، برگ، ساقه و سرشاخه‌گلدار بر حسب وزن خشک گیاه به‌ترتیب 06/0، 02/0، 06/0 و 06/0 می‌باشد. نتایج تجزیه اسانس برگ حضور 23 ترکیب را نشان داد که چهار ترکیب عمده اسانس بتا-توجون (3/27%)، کادین-4-ان-ال-(سیس) (11%)، کاریوفیلن اکساید (10%) و بتا-اودسمول (7/6%) بودند. 14 ترکیب در اسانس ساقه شناسایی شد که اجزای عمده آن سیس-بتا-فارنزن (4/62%) و لاواندولیل 2-متیل بوتانوات (4/12%) بودند. از 25 ترکیب شیمیایی شناسایی شده در اسانس گل، ترکیب‌های بتا-توجون (6/33%)، اسپاتولنول (3/20%) و سیس-بتا-فارنزن (5/9%) سه ترکیب اصلی بودند. از 23 ترکیب شناسایی شده در سرشاخه‌گلدار، ترکیب‌های بتا-توجون (34%)، سیس-بتا-فارنزن (3/12%) و کاریوفیلن اکساید (3/12%) سه ترکیب عمده اسانس بودند. نتایج نشان داد که بتا-توجون به‌عنوان جزء اصلی اسانس از 3% تا 34% در اندام‌های مختلف متغیر بود که کمترین و بیشترین مقدار به‌ترتیب مربوط به برگ و سرشاخه گلدار بود. بنا بر نتایج این تحقیق نه تنها می‌توان با اسانس‌گیری از سرشاخه گلدار یا کل اندام هوایی این آنتمیس در مرحله گلدهی کامل، عملکرد بیشتری از اسانس را بدست آورد، بلکه برای اهداف خاص و دستیابی به برخی اجزا به میزان بالاتر در اسانس، می‌توان از اندام دلخواه به‌صورت جداگانه اسانس‌گیری بعمل آید. | ||

| Anthemis, belonging to Asteraceae family, has 23 native annual species in Iran whose flowers and other organs contain essential oil. To study the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the Anthemis pseudocotula Boiss. essential oil, the seeds were collected from natural habitat in Maraveh Tapeh, and planted in the Alborz Research Station. In full flowering stage, samples were prepared from plant flowers, leaves, stems and flowering shoots. After air-drying, the essential oil was extracted by hydro-distillation method and analyzed by GC and GC/MS. According to the obtained results, the essential oil yield of flowers, leaves, stems, and flowering shoots were calculated to be 0.06, 0.02, 0.06, and 0.06-plant dry weight. Twenty-three components were identified in the leaf essential oil whose main components were β-thujone (27.3%), cadin-4-en-7-ol (cis) (11%), caryophyllene oxide (10%) and β-eudesmol (6.7%). In the stem essential oil, 14 components were identified and Z-β-farnesene (62.4%), lavandulyl and 2-methyl butanoate (12.4%) were the two main components. The three main components identified in the flower essential oil were β-thujone (33.6%), spathulenol (20.3%) and Z-β-farnesene (9.5%). The three main components identified in the flowering shoots were β-thujone (34%), Z-β- farnesene (12.3%) and caryophyllene oxide (12.3%). The results showed that β-thujone as a main component of essential oils ranged from 3% in leaves to 34% in flowering shoots. Our results clearly showed that more essential oil yield could be obtained from the flowering shoots of Anthemis pseudocotula at full flowering stage. As well, the desired parts could be extracted to obtain higher amount of essential oil components for specific objectives. | ||
