| چکیده | ||
| کشت دیر هنگام و کمبود نزولات آسمانی از جمله مشکلات عمده در زراعت گندم در مزارع کشور به شمار می رود. بدین منظور آزمایشی جهت القاء تحمل به تنش رطوبتی تحت شرایط مزرعه ای در مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان آذربایجان غربی در سال زراعی 1387-88 اجرا شد.آزمایش بصورت اسپلیت پلات فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار بود که در آن فاکتور اصلی تنش شامل دو سطح آبیاری معمول )عدم تنش( و قطع آبیاری پس از ساقه رفتن )تنش رطوبتی( و فاکتوریل رقم گندم شامل) a1 =زرین، a2 =سرداری(، 6 سطح پیش تیمار بذور شامل) b1 =پلی اتیلن گل کیول 10 درصد، b2 =کلرید پتاسیم 5/ 2 درصد، b3 =کلرید سدیم 3 درصد، b4 =شاهد، b5 =هاردنینگ و b6 =اکسین) ppm10 (( به عنوان فاکتور فرعی، به صورت فاکتوریل به کرتهای فرعی اختصاص یافتند. تنش رطوبتی در مزرعه با قطع آبیاری از مرحله ساقه رفتن اعمال شد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس مزرعه ای نشان داد که به جز صفات محتوای نسبی آب برگ پرچم و تعداد پنجه بارور تمامی صفات از قبیل عملکرد دانه، تعداد سنبلچه در هر سنبله، تعداد دانه در سنبله، ماده خشک کل، وزن هزار دانه، مساحت برگ پرچم، ارتفاع بوته و میزان کلروفیل برگ پرچم تحت تاثیر تیمارها قرار گرفتند. تیمار بذور باعث بهبود بسیاری از صفات از قبیل عملکرد دانه )افزایش 35 درصدی( در پیش تیمار با تنظیم کننده های رشدی در رقم زرین در شرایط عدم تنش می شود. بهترین نتایج در بین پیش تیمارهای مختلف از پیش تیمارهای هورمونی بر روی صفاتی همچون تعداد سنبله در متر مربع، تعداد سنبلچه در هر سنبله، تعداد دانه در سنبله و عملکرد دانه حاصل شد. در کنار پیش تیمارهای هورمونی، هیدرو پرایمینگ و هاردنینگ )با عملکرد دانه به ترتیب 2/ 562 ، 7/ 532 گرم بر مترمربع( نیز نتایجی نزدیک به پیش تیمارهای هورمونی نشان داد که به علت بالا بودن هزینه پیش تیمار کردن با مواد تنظیم کننده رشد توصیه می شود از پیش تیمار هیدروپرایمینگ استفاده شود که هزینه کمتری دارد. پیش تیمار کردن بذور موجب تسریع مراحل نموی گیاه می شود و از این طریق حداقل یک مرحله آبیاری مزرعه کاهش می یابد. با توجه به شرایط آب و هوایی خشک و نیمه خشک کشورمان پیش تیمار بذور ضروری می باشد. | ||

| Delaying in planting and low precipitation are the major problem in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) farming in Iran. To evaluate the effects of inducing of drought tolerance under field conditions an experiment was done in 2009 at Agricultural research center in western Azerbaijan under well-water and drought stress. The experiment was Split-plot factorial in randomized complete blocks Design with three replications, in which two irrigation conditions includes well-water and drought stress as main plots and factorial of two cultivars (Zarrin, and Sardary) and Hardening includes osmotic solutions (10% polyethylene glycol (8000), 3% sodium chloride and 2.5% KCL) and plant growth regulator (10 ppm IAA) by control as subplots. Drought stress obtained by cut irrigation from rapid stem development stage. Result showed that besides traits RWC of flag leaf and fertile stems other traits such as grain yield, number of spike per square meter, number of seed per spike, number of spikelet per spike, total dry mater, 1000- number of seed weight, flag leaf area, Plant height and leaf chlorophyll content had significant different at 5% level. Seed priming can improve many traits such as yield that increase (35 percent) in priming with plant growth regulators (IAA) optimal growth condition. Besides the Hormonal priming, Hydropriming and Hardening results showed that close to the Hormonal priming because of the high cost of priming with growth regulators, Hydropriming recommended to use. Priming of seeds is accelerated plant growth stages and thereby reduced to a minimum level of farm irrigation. According to the country’s arid and semiarid climates seed treatment is essential. | ||
