| چکیده | ||
| در این تحقیق، با اجرای عملیات برداشت مکانیزۀ سیب‌زمینی با یک دستگاه سیب‌زمینی‌کن مجهز به زنجیر نقالۀ بدون تکاننده، در شرایط مختلف رطوبت خاک، سرعت پیشروی تراکتور و عمق کار تیغه، اثر هر یک از عوامل مذکور و اثر متقابل آنها بر میزان افت کمی و آسیب دیدگیهای مکانیکی به محصول بررسی و شرایط بهینه برای کاهش میزان آسیبهای وارد شده به غده‌های سیب‌زمینی تعیین گردید. طرح آزمایشی مورداستفاده از نوع کرت‌های نواری خرد شده با سه فاکتور در قالب بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی و سه تکرار بود. میزان آسیبهای مکانیکی واردشده به غده‌های سیب‌زمینی در برداشت به روش مکانیزه با برداشت به روش سنتی (دستی) با آزمون t مورد مقایسۀ آماری قرار گرفت. با افزایش سرعت پیشروی به ویژه در خاک مرطوب، احتمالاً به دلیل افزایش حجم خاک انتقال‌یافته با نقالۀ ماشین، بر میزان غده‌های سیب‌زمینی دفن شدۀ پس از برداشت افزوده شد. در رطوبت پایین خاک، افزایش سرعت پیشروی تا 3 کیلومتر در ساعت، باعث کاهش میزان آسیبدیدگی پوست غده‌ها شد. شرایط بهینه برای برداشت مکانیزۀ سیب‌زمینی با حداقل افت کمی و آسیبهای مکانیکی وارد شده به محصول، رطوبت خاک 15-10 درصد بر پایۀ وزن خشک (60-40 درصد ظرفیت مزرعه‌ای خاک) و سرعت پیشروی 3-2 کیلومتر در ساعت تعیین گردید. در روش برداشت سنتی، آسیبها از نوع بریدگی غده‌هاست و در روش برداشت مکانیزه آسیب دیدگی پوست غده‌ها درصد بیشتری دارد. در حالت کلی، شدت آسیبهای خارجی وارد شده به غده‌های سیب‌زمینی در روش سنتی نسبت به روش مکانیزه به طور معنی‌داری بیشتر است. | ||

| The effects of soil moisture content, forward speed and operation depth during harvesting by a potato digger (without conveyor shaker) on tubers quantitative and qualitative damages were studied and the optimum conditions were determined for treatments. The experiments were arranged as a strip split plot test based on complete block design with three factors and three replications. Mechanical damage rates of potatoes due to mechanized and traditional (manual) harvesting methods were compared by t-test. Buried tubers rate (quantitative loss) was increased with increasing of forward speed especially in wet soil probably due to the excessive soil transferred to the conveyor. Peeled tubers rate was reduced by increasing forward speed to 3 km/h in soils with low moisture content. The optimum conditions for mechanized potato harvesting with minimal quantitative loss and damage rate to product quality obtained at soil moisture of 10-15% db (40-60% Field Capacity) and 2-3 km/h forward speed. The cutting damage of tubers in traditional harvesting method was more than mechanized one, while the peeling damage rate was less. Generally, external damage rate of tubers in traditional method was significantly more than that obtained from mechanized method. | ||
