| چکیده | ||
| این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تأثیر استفاده از خمیرکاغذ مرکب‌زدایی شده‌ی مخلوط کاغذهای باطله‌ی اداری (MOW) بر ویژگی‌های خمیرکاغذAPMP ساقه‌ی پنبه انجام گرفت. به این منظور خمیرکاغذهای APMP با استفاده از عوامل کی‌لیت‌ساز نظیر سیلیکات سدیم و DTPA (نمونه شاهد) و بدون استفاده از این ترکیبات ازخرده‌های ساقه پنبه‌ی بدون پوست در دو مرحله با نسبت مایع خمیر‌سازی به ماده اولیه 1 : 6، زمان 20 دقیقه و درجه حرارت C°70 در مرحله اول، زمان 60 دقیقه و درجه حرارت C° 75 در مرحله دوم تهیه شدند. علاوه بر این خمیرکاغذهای حاصل از مخلوط کاغذهای باطله اداری که با روش متداول شناورسازی مرکب‌زدایی شدند، تهیه شده و تا رسیدن به درجه روانی حدودml CSF 300 پالایش شدند. از خمیرکاغذ-های شاهد، بدون استفاده از عوامل کی‌لیت‌ساز، خمیرکاغذ مرکب‌زدایی شده‌ی مخلوط کاغذهای باطله‌ی اداری و همچنین اختلاط 10% و 20% آن با APMP شاهد کاغذهای دست‌ساز ساخته شد. ویژگی‌های فیزیکی و مکانیکی کاغذ‌ها بر اساس استاندارد‌های تاپی تعیین گردید. بیشترین مقادیر دانسیته، درجه روشنی و ویژگی‌های مقاومتی مربوط به خمیرکاغذ مرکب‌زدایی شده‌ی MOW و کمترین مقادیر مربوط به خمیرکاغذ APMP بدون عوامل کی‌لیت‌ساز بود و از بین کاغذهای اختلاطی نیز خمیرکاغذAPMP حاوی 20% خمیر مرکب‌زدایی شده MOW بیشترین مقادیر دانسیته، درجه روشنی، شاخص مقاومت به ترکیدن و پاره شدن را داشت. | ||

| The present study was carried out aiming to investigate the effect of using Deinked Mixed Office Waste Pulp (MOW) on the properties of Alkaline Peroxide Mechanical Pulp (APMP) from cotton stalk. APMP pulps was prepared using chelating agents such as Na2SiO3 and DTPA (control sample) and without these agents in two-stage pulping withL/Wratio 6:1(ml/g), 20 minutes impregnation time at 70 0Cfor firststage, 60 minutes impregnation at 75 0Cfor second stage. Also, pulp was preparedfrommixed office waste paper, whichweredeinked with conventional flotation and then each pulp was separately refined up to about 300 ml CSF. The handsheets were made from control sample pulps, APMP without chelating agents, MOW deinked pulp and mixing with 10%, 20% deinked pulp with control APMP. Physical and mechanical properties were determined using TAPPI standard methods. Deinked MOW pulp had the maximum values of density, brightness, strength properties and APMP pulp without chelating agents had the minimum values. Among mixed pulps, APMP pulp containing 20% deinked MOW pulp showed the maximum value of density, brightness, burst index and tear index. | ||
