تاثیر سطوح مختلف عصاره نعناع فلفلی بر برخی شاخصهای خونی، بیوشیمیایی و ایمنی ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) | ||

| افزایش روز افزون مقاومتهای باکتریایی نسبت به آنتی بیوتیکهای تجاری، گرایش به استفاده از گیاهان را به منظور تحریک سیستم ایمنی ذاتی افزایش داده است. در این مطالعه تاثیر جیره های غذایی حاوی سطوح مختلف عصاره نعناع فلفلی ( (Mentha piperita بر شاخصهای خونی، بیوشیمیایی و ایمنی ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. بدین منظورماهیان با میانگینوزنی 12/0±2/32گرمدر حوضچههای فایبرگلاس 1800 لیتر ی با تراکم 80 عدد ماهی توزیع و طی مدت 8 هفته، تیمارهای مختلف در3 تکرار شامل از غذای حاوی سطوح 0، 1، 2 و 3 درصد عصاره نعناع فلفلی تغذیه شدند. در انتهای دوره از ماهیان خونگیری شد و شاخصهای خونی، بیوشیمیایی و ایمنی تیمارها مورد مقایسه آماری قرار گرفتند. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که در تعداد گلبولهای سفید و قرمز خون، درصد نوتروفیل، میزان هماتوکریت، هموگلوبین، پروتئین تام سرم، IgM و میزان فعالیت لایزوزیم سرم ماهیان تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی عصاره نعناع فلفلی بویژه در غلظتهای بالا (2 و 3%) تفاوت معناداری با تیمار شاهد وجود دارد. نتایج حاصله مبین آن است که عصاره نعناع فلفلی، دارای اثرات تقویت کننده سیستم ایمنی غیر اختصاصی در ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان میباشد. بنابراین، استفاده از عصاره این گیاه به ویژه در سطح 3 درصد به عنوان محرک ایمنی در جیره ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان، توصیه میشود. | ||

| Due to the increased bacterial resistance to common antibiotics, there is tendency towards using herbal extractsin order to increase the non-specific immune system. This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of different levels of Mentha piperita extract on hematological, biochemical and immune parameters of Oncorhynchus mykiss. For this purpose, fish with mean (±SD) weight of 32.2± 0.12 g were raised for 8 weeks in Vniro tanks (1800 l water), 80 fish to each tank and feeding with different levels of M. piperita (with concentrations of % 0, % 1, % 2.0 and % 3.0, three replicates were used for each concentration). At the end of the trial, blood samples were collected to determine some hematological, biochemical and immunity parameters in different groups and compared to one another. Results showed significant differences in RBC and WBC count, neutrophil percentage, haemoglobin (Hb), haematocrit (HCT) value, total protein (TP), IgM and lysozyme activity in fish fed M. piperita (especially with 2 and 3.0% concentrations) when compared with control group. The results suggest that M. piperita extract may enhance the non-specific immune system of O.mykiss. Thus, using this supplement especially at of 3.0% level as immunostimulants was recommended in O.mykiss diet. | ||
