| کوکسیدیوز طیور یک بیماری روده‌ای است که توسط تک یاخته آیمریا (شاخه: آپی کمپلکسا) ایجاد می‌گردد. این بیماری در سراسر جهان به عنوان مهمترین بیماری در طیور محسوب می‌شود. بررسی پراکندگی گونه‌های مختلف آیمریا نیازمند مطالعه مستمر در گله‌های طیور می‌باشد. در این بررسی فراوانی گونه‌های آیمریا در بستر مزارع گوشتی و تخم‌گذار در استان‌های تهران و البرز انجام شده است. نمونه‌های بستر شامل 354 گله گوشتی و 282 گله تخم‌گذار می‌باشند که به همراه تعدادی از جوجه‌های مشکوک دارای علایم پیش بالینی جهت بررسی ظاهری و ضایعات در لاشه جمع آوری گردیدند. اووسیت‌ها از نمونه‌های مدفوع جدا و مورد بررسی ریخت شناسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج به دست آمده نشان دهنده سه گونه آیمریا شامل تنلا، ماکسیما و آسرولینا در گله‌های گوشتی به ترتیب به میزان 25.55% ، 31.39% و 14.77% و همچنین در گله‌های تخم‌گذارعلاوه بر گونه‌های فوق آیمریا نکاتریکس نیز مشاهده شد که میزان آنها به ترتیب: 21.51%، 20.64%، 8.33% و 1.03% می‌باشند. این بررسی نشان داده که در این نواحی با توجه به شناسایی گونه‌های مذکور و فراوانی قابل توجه برخی از آنها علاوه بر کاربرد داروهای موثر علیه کوکسیدیوز مطالعه جهت استفاده از واکسن با تکیه برگونه‌های غالب در آینده مفید به نظر می‌رسد. | ||

| Coccidiosis is an enteric disease that produces by Eimeria protozoa (phylum: Apicomplexa). It is the most important disease in poultry in the world. Survey on distribution of Eimeria species requires continuous study in poultry flocks. In this study, prevalence of Eimeria species in litter of broilers and layer farms in Tehran and Alborz provinces were carried out. Litter samples, including: 354 broiler and 282 laying flocks with a number of suspected chickens with pre-clinical symptoms were collected to examine gross and lesions in carcass. Oocytes were separated from feacal samples and analyzed morphologically. The results showed three species of Eimeria including: tenella, maxima and acervulina in broiler with amount of 25.55%, 31.39% and 14.77%, respectively, and in poulet in addition to these three species mentioned above, the Eimeria necatrix with amount of 21.51% ، 20.64% ، 8.33% and 1.03% respectively. These results showed, in addition to the use of anti- coccidiosis drugs, the use of vaccine, based on the dominant species seems essential in this area. | ||
