| چکیده | ||
| خواص فیزیکی محصولات کشاورزی از مهمترین پارامترهای طراحی سیستم‌های بسته‌بندی، فراوری، انتقال، و درجه‌بندی هستند. در میان این خواص حجم، جرم، سطح تصویر شده، و مرکز ثقل محصولات از عوامل مهم در سیستم‌های سایز‌بندی هستند. در این مطالعه، از روشقطعه‌بندی با استفاده از سیستم ماشین بینایی برای تخمین حجم لیمو استفاده شده است. در مجموع 50 لیمو مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. سیستم ماشین بینایی طراحی شده شامل دو عدد دوربین CCD، دو عدد کارت تصویرگیر، یک سیستم نورپردازی، و یک کامپیوتر شخصی است. دوربینها با زاویة 90 درجه نسبت به هم قرار گرفتهاند تا دو تصویر عمود بر هم از لیمو تهیه کنند. حجم محاسبه شده با این روش با حجم واقعی اندازهگیری شده با روش جابهجایی آب با آزمون t و نیز آزمونبلاند-آلتمن مقایسه شد. حجم محاسبه شده با روش ماشین بینایی با حجم واقعی اختلاف معنیداری نداشت (05/0 p>). اختلاف میانگین بین روش جابهجایی آب با روش ماشین بینایی 06/0 سانتی‌متر مکعببود. نتایج خصوصیتی لیموها نشان داد که پارامترهای حجم محاسبه شده (V) و جرم اندازهگیری شده لیموها(M) وابستگی خوبی نسبت به هم، و با ضریب تبیین، 96/0، دارند. در کل، روش ماشین بینایی به عنوان روشی ساده، دقیق،سریع، و غیر مخرب برای تخمین حجم و جرم لیمو و سایر مرکبات پیشنهاد میشود. | ||
