| چکیده | ||
| در این تحقیق تعدادی از خواص فیزیکی یک نوع زغال‌آخته از منطقۀ الموت قزوین (روستای هیر) اندازه‌گیری و ارزیابی شد. مقادیر متوسط طول، عرض، و ضخامت (ارتفاع)، وزن هزار میوه و یک میوه، قطر متوسط هندسی، حجم، مساحت سطح رویه، مساحت سطح مقطع، کُرویت، چگالی حقیقی (میوه)، چگالی توده، تخلخل و سرعت حد میوة رسیدة زغال‌آخته (با رطوبت 30/73 درصد بر پایة تر) به دست آمد که به ترتیب عبارتاند از: 91/18، 74/13، 33/13 میلی‌متر، 78/2309 و 31/2 گرم، 12/15 میلی‌متر، 96/1841 میلی‌متر مکعب، 65/722 میلی‌متر مربع، 66/180 سانتی‌متر مربع، 21/80 درصد، 10/1 گرم بر سانتی‌متر مکعب، 63/0 گرم بر سانتی‌متر مکعب ، 30/43 درصد و 8/13 متر بر ثانیه. مقادیر متناظر برای هستة زغال‌آخته از این قرارند: 61/13، 07/6، 79/5 میلی‌متر، 67/299 و 3/0 گرم، 81/7 میلی‌متر، 93/252 سانتی‌متر مکعب، 57/192 سانتی‌متر مربع، 14/48 سانتی‌متر مربع و 59/57 درصد، 21/1 گرم بر سانتی‌متر مکعب، 68/0 گرم بر سانتی‌متر مکعب، 05/44 درصد و 4/7 متر بر ثانیه. نسبت گوشت میوه به هسته 8/6 برآورد شد و ضریب اصطکاک استاتیکی میوة زغال‌آخته روی سطوح ورق آهن گالوانیزه، ورق استیل، پلکسی‌گلاس و چوب به ترتیب 38/0، 34/0، 33/0 و 43/0 تعیین گردید. | ||
